It’s redemption time for our daily picks. Daily Fantasy Basketball in the playoffs is tough because you see a lot of overlap on rosters and any player can have a bad game (see Dwyane Wade last night). It also seems like the playoffs require a lot more gut picks than the regular season did when you could actually analyze the players and matchups. But while our picks of Bron and Wade didn’t pan out at all last night, we are hoping to make up for it today with these picks. Here we go: Read More

This is turning out to be a playoffs that is very exciting and very dull at the same time. Off the court drama is at an all time high, yet on the court we are seeing a few more blowouts then we would like. It will be interesting to see how the Lakers and the 76ers bounce back, I think that they both will come out swinging so I like a few of them in the daily plays. Today’s daily picks will be based on Draftstreet’s 2-Day league salaries and scoring. (Read More)

I have decided to mix things up and give an actual lineup for the 2 day games on FanDuel tonight. My goal is to take some the biggest studs in the game, and all in all, I’m pretty excited to be able to get a decent team with Durant, LeBron, and Wade. Good luck and here are the picks. (Read More)

This Tuesday’s NBA Daily Plays will be a two-day edition, because the only remaining NBA leagues around have to be multi-day events. In the next two days(Tuesday and Wednesday) every remaining team will be playing. For those of you out of the loop, the Spurs host the Clippers and the Heat host the Pacers on Tuesday. Wednesday features the Celtics going to the 76ers and the Lakers visiting the Thunder. It’s the Conference Semifinals, meaning it is probably your last chance to play daily fantasy basketball this season. Let’s get some daily plays, but first let’s take a look at the two-day guys from yesterday who have yet to play. (Read More)

We can now add FanDuel to the list of sites with 2-Day NBA playoff action for Daily Fantasy Players. I much prefer this format with twice the number of players to choose from which limits some of the overlap. Injuries to Chris Bosh and Blake Griffin are something to consider when putting your teams together tonight. Good luck and here are today’s plays. (Read More)

Yesterday’s picks that have played so far went over really well. Today we’ll recap the same plays, as they’ll be good plays again today in the 2-Day playoff format where the games can be cyclical and repeat player pools and pricing. Our ‘star’ pick of the day, Rajon Rondo, more than delivered racking up just shy of 50 fantasy points on DraftSreet earning a triple-double in the process. Meanwhile the other 3 picks that played also delivered: Evan Turner (36), Spencer Hawes (31) and Metta World Peace (29.75). With no pricing change, should serve up excellent value for this round as well. Good luck tonight! (Read More)

Round 2 of the NBA Playoffs have officially begun! How pumped are the Celtics to be hosting the 76ers? You go from expecting one of the favorites to win-it-all to hosting an eight-seed who started a mediocre center in one of their playoff games. Yes the Bulls have a solid squad even without Rose or Noah. Yes, the 76ers have one of the better defenses in the NBA. But you can’t honestly expect the Sixers to make it to the Easter Conference finals. The Celtics are quietly rejoicing the extra rest-time they will have to nurse their (I’m not calling KG old) bodies before squaring off with the Heat in the Eastern Conference finals. (Read More)

Talk about some great games last night! I don’t know where the Sixers and Celtics found their lucky rabbits feet, but it sure seemed to be working last night. Both teams got lucky and won games that they basically choked away in the fourth quarter. Then we saw the Lakers just fall apart in the second half against the Nuggets. We only have a few more days of NBA picks until there are going to be too few of games to play, so make sure to take advantage of the last hoorah for fantasy basketball for the year. Here are our picks for the day: (Read More)

The first round of the NBA playoffs is nearing to a close, but there are still 4 series that are going to game 6 which includes ATL/BOS, DEN/LAL, LAC/MEM, and CHI/PHI. This means that there is still time to play daily fantasy basketball. While the playoffs are tough in fantasy basketball due to all of the overlapping rosters, we are here to help you set yourself apart with these picks: (Read More)

There are four games on Tuesday, the same number of games as there would be on a typical Tuesday during the NBA regular season. So we can look at these games much like we would in the regular season, except the level of play is much higher. No Bobcats players to supplement your sleeper picks, etc. So let’s break down the four Tuesday match ups and see if we can win you some money as the NBA season winds down. (Read More)

With only two games tonight it is kind of difficult to play one day leagues without massive overlap, but luckily sites like Draftstreet & Fantasy Feud offer 2 day games which increases the player pool dramatically. We are going to focus on Draftstreet today and here is a rundown of a roster I like tonight. (Read More)

The first round of the playoffs are in full-swing, and it’s a great time to play some Daily Fantasy NBA while there is still a ton of players to choose from. DraftStreet and Fantasy Feud are both offering 2-Day contests, which while not daily, increase the player pools and thus reduce the overlap between competing lineups. With only 3 games most nights, this Saturday and Sunday are a prime opportunity with 4 games going on each day starting at 2:00 PM on Saturday! Don’t miss out! Today we’ll look at value picks for the newest site on the scene, Fantasy Feud’s, two-day contests. (Read More)

The NBA playoffs have hit their stride and there have been storylines abound. While there haven’t been any major upsets so far, there is still plenty of basketball to be played. We have 3 games on the schedule tonight as well as 4 games tomorrow so there is plenty of action available for fantasy basketball this weekend. Whether you play Draftstreet’s 2-day leagues or one day leagues on other sites, these picks should help you get a solid team together: (Read More)

The playoffs are normally filled with great games, crazy competition, and game winnings shots, however this year the playoffs have taken on a different role. It’s more of a circus than anything else with all that has gone on. Injuries, suspensions, and punching glass have turned this years playoffs into more talk about the off court stuff than the actual games. But for us die hard fantasy nuts, we have to keep focused on the action on the court. We have some great picks for you today. These picks are based on Draftstreet’s 2-Day leagues and salaries: (Read More)

Light scheduling day with 5 day and 4 night games. No real aces going today except for Dan Haren but Haren has struggled in the past against Adam Lind, Kelly Johnson, Jose Bautista, and Edwin Encarnacion so I would label him a risky play to avoid. The Angels offense finally got rolling last night but still not much from Albert Pujols, for his price I would say he is almost a must play every day from here on out with the potential that he has. Unless you believe there is an injury in play. (Read More)

There are three games in the NBA playoffs on Tuesday night and another three slated for Wednesday. Since the league’s you can play in(one or two day) depend on the site, I’ll be basing today’s picks for tonight’s games only and leaving tomorrow’s plays for the Daily Plays article on Wednesday. The Celtics and Hawks tip-off first tonight without Rajon Rondo in the Boston backcourt. The Bulls try and shake off the horrifying Derrick Rose injury in Game 2 against the 76ers. And the conclusion of the evening is another possible high-scoring game between the Nuggets and Lakers. (Read More)

Yesterday was a bit rough, although Matt Garza dominated the Phillies the other 3 starter recommendations were average at best. Pujols continues to do absolutely nothing and apparently Derek Lowe did not like being called out for sucking as he shut out the Angels yesterday. Angels face Nick Blackburn today and since most Angels have dropped in price today could be the day to stack them and win a big tourney if they finally produce. Lefty filled Monday from a starter standpoint. While you can’t go wrong starting C.J. Wilson or King Felix Hernandez, we will give you some cheaper starters to consider as well. (Read More)
