StarStreet Logo

StarStreet offers three types of games that for Grinders to enjoy: daily fantasy contests, a player pick’em game – Pick Five, and a real money Sports Stock Market. StarStreet started with their Stock Market back in 2010 and has evolved to include daily fantasy contests and more for all four major sports. From unique game offerings, low rake, impressive software and mobile offerings as well as great customer service, StarStreet has become a Grinder favorite.

Daily Fantasy Leagues

StarStreet offers the standard daily fantasy game we’ve come to know and love, with industry-low rake.

On StarStreet you can play anywhere from free to $500 games and they offer head-to-head games, normal tournaments, bigger guaranteed tournaments every day and a great mix of payout types (including 2x’s where half the entrants double their entry and 5x’s where 1/5th 5x their entry). StarStreet also has one of the easiest export lineup features available in daily fantasy as you can join tons of leagues with the same lineup with one click.

StarStreet has fairly standard scoring and great lineup structures. For NFL there’s no Kickers or Defense, it’s 2 QB’s, 2RB’s, 2 WR’s, a TE and 2 Flex and for NBA the structure is 2 G’s, 2 F’s, 1 C and 4 Util spits.

For NFL StarStreet offers a freeroll every week.

Pick-5 Games

StarStreet also hosts games where you compete against yourself to double-up on your buy-in. Basically, you buy into a “Pick-5” game for either $1.08, $5.23 or $10.70 to win $2, $10 or $20 respectively. They give you five match ups between two different athletes and you simply pick which player will score higher. If you guess 3 out of the 5 higher scores correctly, you win! It’s so easy and so convenient on their mobile site that you can play daily fantasy from anywhere, no matter how big of a rush you’re in!

StarStreet offers a unique game option with their Pick 5 contests

You can also play the “Perfect Pick 5 Game” where you can try to guess all 5 top scores and can bet $1 to win $20 or $5 to win $100!

Software & Interface

StarStreet was selected by TechStars and the team was created and funded like a ‘Tech Star’. The site runs smoothly and we haven’t experienced any bugs or issues to date. Not only have there not been any issues, but the design is crisp and clean, and creating a lineup is amazingly intuitive. If you weren’t able to create a lineup on your first go at it, we would be a bit surprised. For a new lineup creation process in an industry where most Grinders have grown accustomed to setting lineups in a certain fashion, the learning-curve should be remarkably compact. Live Scoring is great, and tracking your Portfolio on the sidebar might be the single coolest designs in the Daily Fantasy industry we’ve seen to date.

Mobile Offering

The StarStreet Mobile experience is the only “full featured” mobile site available in daily fantasy sports right now. By “full featured”, I mean that the site will adjust to fit whatever screen you are using to visit StarStreet, the technical term for it is a “responsive design” so if you are on your iPhone, you can view the actual StarStreet site, fit to your Iphone screen, instead of viewing a mobile version. This means you can do everything that you would be able to do from your laptop on your mobile device or tablet. StarStreet’s mobile offering makes it easy to build teams, enter contests, edit lineup, check scores or of course get in your quick fix of Pick Five on the go which takes only seconds to do from your mobile device or tablet.

Rake, Bonuses & Promotions

The Rake comes in as one of the best in the industry. StarStreet treats their players to an elite level of rakeback with the VIP Program. At the highest stakes, players in the top level can play for free, and everyone who plays is getting at least 10% of their rake back regardless of the level of volume. And let’s not forget, they hold their live finals at the playboy mansion! How can you beat that?

Here’s a list of their rakes by game:

$1.10 – 9.09%
$2.75 – 9.09%
$5.50 – 9.09%
$11.00 – 9.09%
$22.00 – 9.09%
$55.00 – 9.09%
$109.00 – 8.26%
$270.00 – 7.41%
$535.00 – 6.54%
$1060.00 – 5.66%

StarStreet also offers the biggest deposit bonus out there, at 200% up to $200 exclusively for new users through RotoGrinders. The bonus money releases at 3% of entries fees on games that have a rake, effectively acting as a rake reduction bringing their already low rake down to just 0-5% across the site.

Deposits & Withdrawals:

The minimum deposit is $5 and the maximum deposit is $5,000. There are no fees to deposit or withdraw (StarStreet covers all card and PayPal fees). You can deposit or withdraw whenever you want and withdrawing money is very easy. You can either cash out through Paypal or have them send you a check. Keep in mind that this is 100% legal so you won’t ever have to worry about not getting your money back.

Also noteworthy, is that StarStreet is an officially licensed product of the NFL Players, Inc., the only Daily Fantasy site we are aware of which possesses this license. This definitely adds some credibility to the StarStreet team in our eyes.

Customer Service:

Customer service can be what makes or breaks a daily fantasy sports site and StarStreet has taken this to heart. When speaking on the phone with founder and CEO of StarStreet, Jeremey Levine, he couldn’t stress enough how important customer service is to them moving forward, and he said if any Grinders have ideas or feedback to improve to email him at team@StarStreet.com right away!

You can contact their support team through email and they will be responded to you very quickly any time of the day. They even have a nice feature that lets you send them a screenshot of the page you are on in order to better explain the problem/question you have. You can even use the built in @ system (think Twitter) to reach out to StarStreet representatives directly.
