WarDraft is a daily fantasy site that is trying to differentiate itself by offering innovative fantasy sports as well as providing the best user experience in the industry. WarDraft currently offers fantasy MMA and fantasy NASCAR, both of which have been relatively untapped in the daily fantasy sports industry. WarDraft was created by huge sports fans that are trying to take their love for fantasy sports and turn it into one of the best daily fantasy sites in the industry. WarDraft offers unique game offerings, a smooth interface, and great customer service.

Since opening in the Spring of 2013, WarDraft has been focused on the user experience and making sure their system and software were great. They created the site with their own developers and have the right frame of mind to succeed in this industry. In talking with a WarDraft team member, they know that this isn’t a get rich quick industry; they are well funded and have a long term plan in place so you can be assured that your funds will always be safe.

Sport Offerings

WarDraft offers Daily Fantasy Games for the following sports:

WarDraft is currently the only site where you can play Fantasy MMA for real money. The creators of WarDraft thought that they could make MMA an even more exciting sport by offering fantasy leagues. WarDraft also is one of the very few sites that offers NASCAR fantasy leagues.

Daily Fantasy Leagues

WarDraft offers a wide variety of real-money games, with buy-ins ranging from $1 to $200. WarDraft currently offers the following type of games:

Salary Cap Leagues

This is the traditional daily fantasy league that we have become accustomed to in the industry. You are given a salary cap that you can’t go over and you have to fill out a complete roster. They currently offer H2H, 3 man, Double-Up, and are soon adding guaranteed tournaments for salary cap leagues.

Pick 5 Fantasy Games

Pick5 Games have been introduced by a few different sites now and are an excellent way for new players to get their feet wet with daily fantasy sports. Pick5 games are an easy way to play traditional fantasy sports where all you have to do is pick between sets of two different players. WarDraft offers the following Pick5 Games:

You can play the Pick5 games with two different options. The first is to try and get all 5 of the picks right. The second is to try and get 3 out of the 5 picks right. Below are the payouts for each:

Pick5 Payouts: Playing 5 for 5

Pick5 Payouts: Playing 3 for 5

Rake

The rake on WarDraft is set at 9.09% in all of their leagues. This is a bit lower than the industry standard of 10% on the lower stakes games, but you aren’t getting any relief from rake if you play in the high stakes games. Here is a table showing the amount of rake you are paying for each entry fee:

WarDraft Buy-In WarDraft Rake Rake %
$2.20 $0.20 9.09%
$5.50 $0.50 9.09%
$11.00 $1.00 9.09%
$22.00 $2.00 9.09%
$55.00 $5.00 9.09%

Software & Interface

WarDraft’s site is as intuitive as it gets. It was created with one purpose: to be extremely user friendly. WarDraft originally looked at buying out one of the Daily Fantasy Sites’s that have closed or were about to close, but decided it would be best if they built our own software. This was clearly the right decision as I have yet to experience a single glitch or lag on the site which is impressive considering how new the site is.

The Draft Lobby is extremely user friendly. You can easily sort through league options with their filters. One cool feature in the draft lobby is the box at the top that shows you how much you have in play, how much you are currently winning, and how much you could potentially win. There is also a live scoreboard at the top of the draft lobby that shows you all of the scores from that day’s games.

Once you have entered your league and get into the draft room, this will quickly become on of your favorite pages on WarDraft. Unlike some of the other sites that have too much going on in their draft rooms, everything is extremely simple and clearly displayed. The draft room shows you how much time until the league starts, how much salary you have remaining, what the average salary $ per player remaining is, and which positions need to be filled. It is a painless process to make a team.

WarDraft’s player profile pages are some of the coolest available in daily fantasy. They come with a number of awesome features that make drafting players easy. The profiles show player stats as well as game logs for their recent fantasy point performances. This is a nice feature because if you want to make a quick team, you will have quick stats to base your decisions off of.

Finally, we get to the Live Scoring. This feature has been seamless in my experience; it is quickly updated with the scores and there has been no lag. Also, I want to mention the box at the top of the page one more time. All sites should offer this because it really helps manage your leagues, especially for high volume players. The box shows how much you have in play, how much you are currently winning, and what your potential is if you won all of your leagues.

Mobile Offering

Most of the time newer sites don’t have a mobile offering because the player base isn’t fully developed yet and there isn’t any demand for it. WarDraft is in that boat as it doesn’t currently offer a mobile site, but will likely have no problem creating one when the demand is there.

Bonuses, Rewards & Promotions

There is a long list of reasons to join a new site, but the player rewards should be near the top of that list and WarDraft has some of the most competitive rewards in the industry. Here is a list of the promotions that WarDraft is currently offering to new players:

Bonuses are disbursed at a rate of 6 percent which is currently the highest of any major daily fantasy sports site. WarDraft realizes that having a bonus that is tied up for months can be frustrating and want their players to feel like they are actually getting a deposit bonus.

VIP Rewards

At Wardraft, they want to reward loyalty. Their VIP Rewards Program is setup for players of all limits, and everyone’s play is rewarded. Check out their Rewards and Cashback %‘s:

WarDraft pays out Cashback Rewards and affiliate earnings daily which is a nice change as most sites only pay out once a week or once a month.

Deposits & Withdrawals:

WarDraft makes depositing and withdrawing very easy, to make a deposit, log in and select the green ‘Deposit’ button at the top of the home page. WarDraft accepts PayPal and all major credit cards. The minimum deposit is $10 and the maximum deposit is $1,000. For withdrawals, you can cashout by either PayPal or by requesting a check.

Customer Service:

In my experience, the customer service team at WarDraft has been amazing. They have not only been quick with their responses, but have been extremely helpful and friendly. They are trying to build a site that will last for years to come and they know that taking care of their customers is the way to do it. If you have any questions or concerns, WarDraft offers you plenty of different of ways to get in contact with them:
