This weekend, we head to Kansas Speedway for the Heart of Health Care 200. The race is Saturday night at 7:30pm ET on FS1. Kansas is a 1.5-mile track and the third 1.5-mile track of the season. This is the same tire they’ve run at Kansas since 2022; they also ran this tire combo at Las Vegas and Texas. I’ll be using the high-speed intermediate track data, recent Kansas data, 2024-2025 intermediate data, practice, and a few other things when building lineups this weekend. The race winner has started inside the top 10 in 6 of the last 10 races here. Heim won both races here last season from 33rd and 13th. Only 4 races of those 10 races have had more than 4 cautions. While we see a lot of variance and issues in Cup, the Truck races have had more longer runs.
NASCAR Truck Series DFS Picks – Heart of Health Care 200
The stages are 30, 30, and 74, which is a total of 134 laps. With 134 laps, we’re looking at 60.3 potential fastest lap points and 33.5 laps led points. There has been anything from 0 to 2 dominators over the last 7 Trucks races here. Kyle Busch dominated this race in 2021 at $15,000 and he wasn’t optimal. Typically, we see 1 to 2 dominators in Kansas. Most of my builds will be 1 or 2 dominators, but I’ll have a few hedge 0-dominator build teams.
