PGA DFS Course Stats: Memorial Tournament

This week we get another “first” for analyzing courses on the PGA Tour! We get “a course so nice, we get to play it twice!” at Muirfield Village GC in Dublin, Ohio. It has been announced by the TOUR to expect an overall “easier” course for the first week than we’ve traditionally seen here. Specifically slower greens, shorter rough, and shortened tee boxes. This is in line with what we’ve seen every week back so far on the PGA Tour with the events being nudged towards being score-fests and this will absolutely be no exception. Still, the best we have to go off of is the previous years’ statistics here, keeping in mind that the course will play easier than it has historically in this first week.

Let’s take a look!
