  • The Injury Discount: Injured Players Not To Forget During Your Draft In 2019

It's hard to find discounts on great players, but one way to find value is through overlooked guys coming off injuries. In 2018 teams won leagues by drafting Andrew Luck or Robert Woods later in drafts both who were coming off injury shorten seasons. Strategies like this could help you dominate drafts and maximize value. In this article I identified 12 names that could be drafted lower than where they should be because they are coming off injured 2018 campaigns. Read More

  • Fading the Chalk: NFL Week 17

My plan of attack has been the same for most of the NFL season. I like to find three solid RBs, and then use what I have left to pair up a QB with a pass catcher and fill in the rest. Read More

  • Week 17 Props

If you have not read my write ups before, this paragraph appears in all of them. Basically, there are three things I want you to know before you read on. There are no such things as “locks”, I don’t bet more than 1% of my bankroll on any play and you will never get rich picking games. If you are cool with that, you will most likely be betting sports at this time next year since you most likely understand that this a long game we play. Read More

  • Narratives you need to know for Week 17

First off STOP PLAYING FANTAY FOOTBALL INTO WEEK 17. Now that we have moved on from that, I believe it's important to know some key narratives like which teams have something to play for in order to get an edge. Some of these are obvious like playoff teams who are locked into their seeds, but other important narratives like road teams with nothing to play for could help you avoid duds in Week 17. Read More

  • Christmas Eve Prop

If you have not read my write up on yesterday's prop plays, it included my approach to sports betting and it is worth reading if you are going to follow any of my plays. Basically, there are no such things as "locks", I don't bet more than 1% of my bankroll on any play and you will never get rich picking games. If you are cool with that, you will most likely be betting sports at this time next year since you most likely understand that this a long game we play. Read More

  • Week 16 Props

Before you get your hopes up, let's make one thing clear. You will never get rich picking games. It is a fact that anyone that bets needs to understand before they lay any cash on the counter of their favorite sports book. So why do I bet sports? Because it is fun and just because it is not going to make you rich, doesn't mean you can't make money doing it. It is just that most guys think of sports betting as it is portrayed in the movies and that is just not realistic. Entertaining, but not at all in line with reality. Read More

  • Fade of the Week

The first thing I do every week in an effort to narrow down my GPP player pool is create a "Fade List". The guys on this list will be excluded from consideration for any of my GPP lineups. (I don't play a ton of lineups each week.) I find that it really helps me to first figure out who I don't want to play so when I am experimenting all week, I don't try to "fit" one of these guys into my lineup if I have enough cash left over. Every week there are absolute frauds in the player pool that will eat up a ton of salary while coming nowhere close to returning value in a large field GPP which will in turn tank your lineup and ruin your Sunday. It is my goal to eliminate them before they can ruin my Sunday. I like my Sundays too much. Read More
