Diving into a Friday night of Games
Back from a mini vacation away from the NBA games. I’ve had a little success recently with some NFL and CBB games. Decided I liked a few bargain plays in tonights game so have decided that I would take my last swing with the $2 left in the bankroll and see where we end up. (Should I strike out completely, I will lick my wounds for a few days and try a different challenge of some sort).
I know it would be smart for me to jump into a couple 50/50s or straight H2H’s, but I do believe I am going to take a true home run swing tonight. With that said, I will be entering into the $1 2K Dribbler and then a 100 man league.
Initially I thought I’d take a big shot and roll out with a PG combo of Andre Miller and Jeremy Pargo. Changed my mind pretty quickly and removed Kobe Bryant (which I know is gonna come back to haunt me). I do think Barbosa steps up with a big game (relative to price of course). I can see him pulling a 25 point night. I like the steady progression Waiters has been making, especially without Kyrie. I really think Pierce steps up in without Rondo. I can only hope Blatche plays focused, if he does his price is an absolute steal for tonight.
Definitely taking a swing here, going with the top SG, top 2 SF, top PF and then who I think should be the top C. In order to make that happen, having to take a couple calculated risks with the other lineup spots. Pargo should continue to see 30 minutes of action with Irving out. Andre Miller against the Laker second unit, should rack up some stats in a hurry.
Any thoughts, please feel free to post. I may make some adjustments and if I do I will certainly update this as well.
