EPL & Bundesliga - SCA Matrix - April 10
The SCA (Shot Creating Actions) Metric – It is one of the best determinants of how a team operates and succeeds. This metric allows you to identify the potential attacking opportunities of an individual team against their direct opponent. In other words, it signals which team will have the greater advantage on the field.
Well, Bayern figure to be super popular but remember they have their second leg mid-week to try to rebound from a 3-2 defeat against PSG. Expect some rotation here. With that said, perhaps the better team to focus in on will be Leipzig. Their SCA leads the mark on the slate and towers over their opponent Saturday. Expect two or more goals to be had by this team. Kostic figures to be the highest owned cash play of the slate regardless of if they are facing a much more defensively solid Wolfsburg squad. As for the last game listed here, that becomes much more of a GPP roulette. I think I will want a pair of Leipzig players to go along with Kostic and then see what the rest of the slate brings.
It’s a small slate this Saturday which is unfortunate. But for all the casuals, here is a quick breakdown. Liverpool is super focused for the second leg of their Champions League encounter with Real Madrid so expect some fulsome changes to their starting unit this Saturday. That makes Aston Villa an interesting choice as a sleeper pick. I’d lean more toward Chelsea as the powerhouse for this slate as their advantage over their UCL opponent is much more comfortable. They also face a very weak Palace side which I will most likely stay away from unless some super value shows up. So there you have it, my ranking this week is: Chelsea, Villa, Liverpool, and Palace.
Happy trails and good luck!
