NFL DFS Analysis
It’s always strange having a week of no football before the Super Bowl. We grind each and every week of the entire season and it honestly feels like the culmination of the playoffs is the Conference Championships. Make no mistake about it, I love the Super Bowl and will be heavily invested both from DFS and betting perspectives, but I feel a bit rusty after a two-week layoff. We often see the same from the teams in the Super Bowl, as the first quarters can be a little lackluster at times. I’ll do my best to cover all angles of this game from a DFS front, but don’t be afraid to take chances on this slate if you are chasing some of these massive prize pools.
The Bengals are truly an amazing story. Very few gave them a shot to make the playoffs when the season started and even fewer gave them any chance of winning a talented AFC North division. When they pulled off the seemingly impossible, everyone was quick to congratulate them and said making the playoffs would be big for their Super Bowl chances in years to come. They narrowly beat Raiders at home in the first round, they narrowly beat the Titans in Tennessee, and then they pulled off a huge comeback win against the Chiefs in Kansas City. I saw a probability chart that gave the Chiefs a 99% chance of winning at one point in that game. The Bengals are now a single win away from becoming a true Cinderella story in sports lore.
