The days of the cookie cutter ballparks look to be long gone and each newly built stadium is seemingly more unique than the last. It may not seem important, but the difference between the longest and shortest fences in MLB averages just shy of 50 feet, or almost enough room to dock our new boats. While the bulk of MLB ballparks are still rather traditional, there are several that play much better for left-handed or right-handed batters than others.
