Why Are My Survivor or Bracket Results Missing?
- Survivor & Bracket Contest wins are currently not tracking. Manually submit any Survivor results by following this process. Please only manually submit results that qualify for the TPOY
Why are my FanDuel Results not showing up?
- We no longer do daily, automated results updates with FanDuel. We will instead be importing FanDuel results manually, on a weekly basis. We don’t have a set time each week for this import, but if you think it’s been more than 8-9 days and you don’t see your FanDuel results still, see #6 below.
- Please note that FanDuel results only display in your RotoGrinders profile from the date you enter your FD username to your RotoGrinders profile, and moving forward. We can only retroactively add results if they qualify for the TPOY Standings
Other than FanDuel, how long is the delay for results tracking?
- It varies by site, but sometimes can take as long as 2 days (48 Hours) after your contest has ended for the result to appear on RotoGrinders. If you are missing results from earlier than a week ago, please email Support at the email address below.
I cashed in a contest, but don’t see my Result. Why is it missing?
Likely because of the “20% Rule” explained in the Rankings FAQ – There are two aspects that go into the rankings:
Aspect 1) Your individual contest wins in the top 20% of the field and
Aspect 2) Diversity factor multipliers for playing multiple sites and sports.
May I change or remove my screen names from my profile without losing tracked results?
- FanDuel, DraftKings and DraftDay Results are only tracked to your profile while your screen name is entered into your profile, and not retroactively. Please leave your name entered if you’d like your results tracked for these sites.
Why aren’t my DraftKings or DraftDay results appearing in my profile?
- To enable DraftKings results, make sure to enable third-party tracking on your DraftKings “My Account” page (left column). You should see the pop-up below, check the box, and click submit:
- Same solution for DraftDay. Hit “Account” then “View & Update Preferences”. Lastly, select “Share Data With 3rd Parties”
Do Live Event Qualifiers Count Towards My Results?
We do not count satellite/qualifier tournaments (i.e. DFBC, DSFC, StarStreet Playboy Mansion Qualifier, etc.) at all, no matter what place a user finishes. Live Final results will be manually added to player profiles after the Live Final event has concluded by our Development Team.
Do Freerolls Count Towards My Results?
No. Freerolls do not count towards the Results as they don’t have a buy-in.
I’m still missing results. What can I do?
If you are still experiencing any other missing results, please email the following to Results@RotoGrinders.com:
1) Site Name
2) Date of Contest
3) URL or links to missing results (if multiple 2-3 sample links are fine)
