Yup, that’s the one, I played it three times so Tony left $2250 on the table for me by not making one more birdie

Or a 5-footer for par on 13. I could go on and on about his round though.

    Oh well…

  • Kingspark35

    Only seven years, Mike lol.

I won’t touch them with a barge pole.

I have 5 NBA Milly tickets but otherwise I won’t be touching it.

  • Kingspark35

2 more years for Mike, well deserved.

  • hbomb57

Well I came back from losses with a 51 cent profit. I guess I will take it to the bank where they may offer me a dollar bill with the coin shortage.

He’s always led a privileged life on Sea Island. Money has never been an object for his family, even though he says to the girl about the win “It means everything”

      RG Overall Ranking

My 4/6 bubbled out with 416pts in the $200 SE…. 2 pts off the cash line… after having been in the money all week until about one hour ago.

    What a tourney… smh

  • cardriverx93

on to next week — that werenski birdie on 18 pushed me back into the cash and positive in the week.

  • RipCityRings

Solid rebound week for me, 266th place in DTG and 10th in the Happy Meal (would’ve been 2nd but I played Merritt instead of Noren in an otherwise identical lineup).

Grabbed $25 NBA and $20 PGA Milly tickets. Also a top 150 lineup out of 14K in R4 showdown.

Ready to lose it all in NBA.

  • timusbr

I guess I watch thru rose colored glasses. I was watching 3 out of my 5 at -5 and thinking, damn I am killing it. Then I look at the PGA leaderboard and everyones killing it…….except 2 of my 5 guys who decided mediocrity ruled. I dropped all day long, my showdown was small cashing early thru about the time Denny blew up. and I am calling losing $20 a break even week.
    Sunday Killed me

  • cardriverx93

how brutal is the milly maker. 3 people tie for 1st, they all get $392k. behind them by 0.5 points, 10 ppl tie for 4th, all get $7200 lol

  • ACmontreal

    Hey everybody!
Sorry im a lurker and rarely post. I appreciate all your insights week in and weel out.. im afraid i dont have much to offer tip wise so i keep my mouth shut!
With that being said, interesting note in the pat mayo contest nobody in the top 20 had the winner (not sure how far it goea but i got bored looking after that)!!
Ill try and chime in more often. I have some takes.. but you guys are a valuable piece to a) my lineup contruction and b) i get a whole lotta laughs from u guys.

Hope somebody here made some good money!

Ps: i usually play 3 lineups a week (pat mayo) had one 5/6. Always play tight core. This week (finau werenski burns stallings. Theegala was the MC. all good broke even!

Once again my current winnings dropped today from over $300 to under $100. Unreal how that happens all the time on the weekend for me.

Sorry noddy! Yeah this was my problem too. My 6/6 that was leading our Happy Meal last night was winning me back $300+. Today, under $100. Werenski struggling was a big issue.

But my R4 showdowns came in and also gave me a $50 boost, so in all I won back $150 on DK which gives me a little profit after some horrible R1-3 showdowns (grr). I won $40 on 13 on FanDuel (I had FD but can’t lose my money there hahaha). $4 profit on Yahoo on $40 spent.. whee.

BIG CONGRATS to LionIrons in the Happy! You ran away with it brotha! Well done.

  • ifthethunder

I had a decent showdown lineup. No chance to win a ticket, tho. There were no ticket contests to enter it into. (Maybe for the best, now that I ponder the situation.)

Congrats to anyone who did well. ON TO NEXT WEEK!

Nice 6th place there in the small Divot, ITT!

  • Kingspark35

I faded the fine cow in r4, but I did not see Long or Shelton.

    Maybe next week.

That’s exactly why I won’t touch it unless I win tickets. I spent $1.50 on 6 satellite entries this week and nabbed one for effectively $18.50 off. It’s fun as a pure lotto play, but almost always a net loss at $20.

Edit: I honestly think I’d rather min cash than experience the psychological horror of those 4th place guys.

  • Cdavis21

One more birdie putt from finau and I win 5k in the $275 late showdown. Finished 3rd but man what could have been

    a lineup of

    Michael Thompson 7000
    Charl 6700
    Long 7000
    Shelton 6200
    Noren 7500
    Grillo 7100

would’ve scored 708 points and left 8600 on the table. The optimal lineup was the above with Finau instead of Grillo which wouldve scored 708.5 and left 4800 on the table.

Truth hurts. Go for those tickets!

  • voodooman

Stupid Finau birdie on 18 knocked me from 2nd to 8th in the 30k Fore. Ughhh.

Congrats to those of you who benefited from that shot!

On to next week. No Friday sweat though. I personally hate WGC no cut events so my investment will be minimal :)

(Also to LionIrons for winning it, of course.)
