Yup he’s ranked 77 out off 77 for putting today. That’s probably not good.

which means…it’s only up from here lol !

Robert Macintyre feels like such a wild card. He has thrived in Euro and strong field tournaments, but hasn’t really played any soft field tournaments lately. According to odds, $9K is a steal, but is he really better than Fowler? Odds say he’s twice more likely to win it all!

Well, looks like Fowler is better.

I put into my thinking the Open Championship contestants who flew back to Minneapolis. Yes I think time dif and travel have a smidgen of effect but more importantly, I think the speed of the greens would be a more telling thing. Less than 1/2 way thru day 1, Did I have a just reason?

  • BIF

Stallings has only hit 11/17 greens yet somehow is -8 has 9 birdies – that’s pretty good work on his GIRs

Ouch, never even considered Fowler (and why would I?)…..and Finau looking lackadaisical out there. Going to be one of several that need big rounds tomorrow or will pack it up early as the jet lag from overseas catches up to some of these.

I know right..! Us morons who have been backing Rickie through months or even years of bull crap r all feeling very tilted now doubt lol…

Unrelated but DJ came back & birdied 17 & 18 to get in at -1 & not blow me up on a Thursday morning so that’s a relief..!

  • RudyPujols

Stopped paying attention when Charles Howell was -4. See he is now +1. What a piece of garbage.

    Dufner -3 27 pts 0 eagle
    Tway -2 26 pts. 1 eagle.

Chris Kirk doubled without hitting water & now missed a 5 foot birdie..! Is he trying to miss the weekend on me or what ffs!? Hoping the last hole being a par 5 helps him & me out

Will the real Emiliano Grillo please stand up?

    Oh, Patrick

  • wolverinezack

Yea Reed not looking too good

  • RudyPujols

Howell was 0/7 on the front 9 (his second 9) from 3-12 feet. Misses from 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12. He gained multiple strokes ball striking, didn’t have a penalty, and still shoots over par. Just putrid.

You expect this out of a rookie, not a guy who has 10+ years experience. On the other hand I’m bullish on Ghim who went from -2 on his first hole, to over par on his front nine, and then rebounded with a -3 for the round. That’s a confident bounceback

  • Baysman

    Lanto Griffin still sucks. Sighhhh

  • timusbr

    nobody is watching anymore :(

Wolfe eagles to -2 and Fatrick back to even, 6 holes to go

    Lets GO

  • Baysman

Cam Davis does not like staying at -2
