Brendan Todd is 100% GIR, 90% fairways but has lost of 2.5 strokes OTG. Brendan Todd losing over 2 strokes putting. WTF?

Hole in one-Eagle and Lucas Herbert is right back in this

You got me excited… but you’re asking for that to happen, without making it in the form of a question. Ugh. I was frantically searching for the info about his ace that didn’t happen lol.

  • strassnerte

Not in my lineup, but shoutout to Michael Kim who can’t make cuts to save his life actually in contention at this point.

Damn. That 9th hole is tough. Not going to be the only one to blow the BOFR on that hole today

  • RudyPujols

Cam Davis to -2 with a 10 footer for birdie.

In 2019 he stepped onto the 9th tee box in Rd 2 (his 36th hole) at -5 needing double bogey or better to make the weekend and tripled without a penalty. Wonder what is on tap for this year.

  • Lockette

Lanto needed to birdie the 17th Par 5 (which is the easiest hole) & somehow bogeys it! Ffs man! Just can never catch a break! Now I need dumb dumb Todd to do it in on the 18th!!

  • kdsdawg

I am going to need one more birdie out of Reed, then I need Bubba to go low this afternoon.

  • Gtzerphy

    Who is this Boss Hoag?

  • Lockette

Todd just layed up on the 18th Par 5?? Why the hell would u do that?? Is he unaware he needs a birdie to make the cut?? Why wouldn’t u just go for it?? U literally have nothing to lose?? Is that normal behaviour..? I’m stunned by that choice…

  • timusbr

Fatrick may need a birdie to make the cut on this brutal 9th hole.
a par is good now, but It possible the afternoon could pass him. a bogie and its done he is on to Vacation.

  • benstnick

Todd. What an absolute loser. Lost 3 strokes on the green. Missed 6 putts inside 8 feet today and misses the cut by 1.

  • jss1218

Yeah gonna need a -2 cut with Davis finishing there and Reed likely finishing there. And Moore could always give one back.

BobbyMac lost over 2 strokes putting yesterday and promptly starts by missing a five footer for birdie today.

Welp, Stanley and Todd sunk any hopes for a good weekend. Good luck y’all.

I’m actually pissed! Variance & luck r one thing & we all get caught in that… but for Todd to lay up on that Par 5 was beyond stupid… how did that conversation with the Caddie go? Seems like he actually wanted to not play the weekend! No way u lay up on 18 knowing u need a birdie… it’s insane!

I don’t think he laid up. He just couldn’t make the 12 ft birdie putt. Dude that is know for his putting putted like crap and that’s what did him in.

Now he needs to get up and down from off the green 50 feet away

Chez is playing ping pong on 18. Have several Chez/Hoag lineups in Showdown and both guys blow BOGF on 18th hole and lower my chances of a big bink.

  • deepfat

Is it T60 or T70 that gets in?

    Stat tracker shows
    1st shot 269 fairway – 289 to green
    2nd shot 222 fairway – 103 to green
    3rd shot 107 on green – 12 ft left
    4th shot misses

Yes 289 yards is a long shot & over the water but who cares if u bogey the hole & hit the water..! Just bad choices from Tee to Green on the 18th..! Obviously I’d rather see him go for it & hit the water & bogey instead of the safe Oar & blow it, & yeah if he made the 12 footer that would b even better but the guy lost almost 4 strokes putting today so I wouldn’t b counting on that if I was him… just disgusting choice making!
