    Stat tracker shows
    1st shot 269 fairway – 289 to green
    2nd shot 222 fairway – 103 to green
    3rd shot 107 on green – 12 ft left
    4th shot misses

Yes 289 yards is a long shot & over the water but who cares if u bogey the hole & hit the water..! Just bad choices from Tee to Green on the 18th..! Obviously I’d rather see him go for it & hit the water & bogey instead of the safe Oar & blow it, & yeah if he made the 12 footer that would b even better but the guy lost almost 4 strokes putting today so I wouldn’t b counting on that if I was him… just disgusting choice making!

He doesn’t have that length off the tee much less over the water on a second shot.

  • jss1218

And Moore gives one back on his 16th to fall to -2. Bring on the sweat.

I’m aware of that… but it doesn’t change the fact that at that point it’s boom or bust.. playing safe does nothing for u..! & Frankly the hole isn’t built to b long off the tee… most guys do go for it over the water & most have to cover anywhere from 240 & up… situationally it’s insane to not go for it… if he didn’t need a birdie than yeah he played the hole great, but he needed the birdie… just really sucks cuz I will have both Todd & Lanto miss on the number like ffs!

Going to need to clamp down on 8 and 9 (both tough holes) the way Reed and Cam Davis just did.

  • jss1218

    Double likely incoming for List.

  • naj1073

c’mon Joel Dahmen make that cut please!

  • jss1218

Moore is the worst!!! 3 Jack to fall below the cut line with only hole 9 to play. Good luck jackass.

  • Lockette

Lol Kuchar just did the opposite of Todd… whereas Todd was in the fairway 280 out & needed a birdie, Kuchar was 280 out but in the rough and only needed a Par & he inexplicably tried to carry the water & just set up for the bogey to miss the cut on the number… what the hell r these golfers doing?!? Can they not count!?

His true carry if he aimed well right was probably 245-250, and the right miss is not an easy up and down with the pin. But his ARG game is so good, better than his full wedge game. So really it’s just a matter of Up/Down % from likely short/right miss area minus wet ball % versus up/down % from ~100. He liked the latter. He executed the layup and an ok wedge and missed the putt. He must have thought the % chance of getting wet was high enough that his up/down % advantage ARG (as opposed to from ~100) given pin position and likely miss area was eliminated and he wanted a putt for the weekend (he’s normally elite from 10-12 feet). If he was right (and he knows his game better than we do), he made the right call in the moment and just didn’t execute. All of that said, I think he could have cleared the water short and right with solid contact and I like his ARG game a ton even from that spot, so I’d be pissed too if he burnt me.

  • jss1218

Moore has me on tilt. He has bogeyed 2 straight and, needing a birdie, now has over 240 into a par 4 on his last? Wtf?!?

  • timusbr

freakin Moore, gives hope then laughs at us.

  • kdsdawg

Effing Moore, left for a bit and come back to this shit, dam it going to kill so many L/Us

Yeah that’s all fair & I mentioned that I flamed him about it after his 2nd shot, I didn’t wait for hindsight to say I was pissed, & I did mention if he made the 12 footer it would have obviously been great… but he was already way over -3strokes putting when he stepped up to 18 so I wouldn’t b counting on “a hot putter” to get in… the smart & obvious choice was to go for it & whatever happens happens… it was bad risk assessment but it’s over now so screw him… this whole tournament is depressing right now lol… probably done for the week now…

Killa Keith starts the day on the number and makes three double bogies on Friday and still safely in without a sweat. Adorned with the Magical Pixie Dust of invaluable KBarnhill Value Pick Status, how could he have ever failed? Good call yet again, KB.

  • achesley711

List just bombing it off the tee into the water, nice.

Luke List complete meltdown. Wow. back-to-back double bogies on two of the easier holes on the course.

    LETS GO

I am only 5% on him but he has made a crazy amount of birdies to go with his double bogies. Also had calls on Tway and KH Lee and both are at -2.

I almost made a call on Roger Sloan (who I also have) but felt better about the other three and didn’t go public with it.

6/6% is going to be insanely low. You will probably have a shot at a high finish with a Vegas-led 5/6.

  • Baysman

Why does Grillo suck so bad?

  • BIF

Wyndham Clark gets it to -4 then goes 3-over the last 7 including a bogey on par-5 #6 and a bogey on his last hole #9 to finish -1 and MC

  • Avsrick

I have yet to achieve a 6/6 for this year. I normally play 3 or 4 lineups a week. The streak is apparently going to continue to next week. Sad part is that normally still cash quite a few 5/6. Cink sunk me two weeks in a row after a decent Thursday.

Yea GPP looks like currently ~2% and only 10-11% 5/6. Cash looks like only ~1% 6/6 and ~9% 5/6. If Lebioda were to miss and nobody significant jumps the line, we are going to be talking sub-1% 6/6 and 90%+ of lineup at 4/6 or worse. Assuming the most recent Cutsweats tweet is on point.
