I won a ticket to the $50k baseball survivor gpp on 6/6. I can’t find any info on it, as in how many people, payouts, how long it lasts, etc.

As a complete guess that I am grabbing out of thin air would be that if it is a $50k prize pool and the tickets are valued at $50 each (looking at the satellites available) there will be 1,000 participants.

It will probably last about 4-5 rounds and participants will probably earn a payout if they advance through the first two cuts.

The top prize will likely be around $5K and I could see the cutoffs being 4,000; 3,000; 1,500 then a GPP with the final 500-750 entries.

Thanks! In the my tickets page it says it’s worth $50. Normally, I can find something on the website about it. However, this time I couldn’t find a thing. I found that odd.

Fandual does a shit job of actually letting you know the details for the contest you just won a satellite for.

I have taken a cash lineup approach for Day 1 and Day 2. Logic tells me to enter GPP lineups in the final round on 6/10? Any thoughts?

  • cburg74

I would think you need to be in full GPP mode for the finals in order to win. I finished 1st in round two…..what bad timing to to come out on top. I took a risk in round two by start Chase Anderson with all chalk batters(3 player yankee stack, 3 player cardinal stack, rounding out with Harper and Murphy). I thought I needed to be a little more risky with my lineup in round two because only 226 advanced and the field was loaded with top notch players.

I think a good/decent cash game lineup for the finals would probably elevate you above the minimum cash line. I am not sure how I will play it. My thought is to fade coors completely and take kershaw…….but I’m sure that will change by tomorrow.
