Love the MFL10s. Is there a site that does a baseball version anywhere?

How would a site like Draft even do a MLB best ball season long league. Between schedules having guys off every night, frequent trips to and from the DL, rainouts, and many rest days you would have to have massive rosters or the winning team would just be whoever can get in the most innings on their team.

It would be an interesting concept but I think baseball has a lot more challenges than football to run a fair best ball format.

Fantrax is doing them right now

Both NFBC and FanTrax have deep draft and hold leagues, where you set lineups every week, but no free agent pickups in season. NFBC Cutline is my favorite and closest to Best Ball, where it’s points based and your best lineup is auto-selected each week. There are 2 free agent periods during the season, one in April and one in June, other than that it’s hands off. RTSports also has a BestBall with no in-season management whatsoever.

For DFS players who want to get into some season long baseball, but with minimal in season work, I recommend NFBC Cutline. 10-team leagues with overall prizes as well.

Thanks. I’ll have to check it out.

Another endorsement for the NFBC Cutline. Draft it and forget it.

It says on the DRAFT app that Best Ball for MLB is launching in late February.

    That sounds awesome.

Also, big fan of your work. I was horrible in baseball last year but you helped get me up to speed a lot.

Not a fan of how Draft set up there BB leagues 3 P’s, 3 if and 3 of . The reason why NFBC leagues are goat are because it’s 15 team , 2 catchers ,5 outfield teams with a CI and a IF spot .

  • Jvanspro

Not perfect but we’ll take it. Love it. Thanks Draft

  • ertlt

Looks like BestBall10s (formerly MFL10s) has baseball bestball this year!

  • biffrenylds

Any recommended strategies? 6 per position? Wait on pitching like a normal league?

  • Jvanspro

I’m going to take at least one stud pitcher and probably roster around 7-9 pitchers, all SP, 4-6 IF, and 5-7 OF.

Trying to boost scoring with 2 start weeks.
