    If so, I sent a help ticket about a non-export last night pretty early into the action, and haven’t heard anything back. I had never used Yahoo DFS support before, so not sure what the turn around on that is, but, if it’s easier, please send me a message on here.

    You can reach out to Daniel Haight on Twitter for a quicker response if needed. He has always been helpful when I have reached out to him directly.

    As for their support, I just reached out to them this past week via the help ticket method and their first response was a completely generic boiler plate response that was of no use and not even applicable to the issue I emailed about. After I responded and pointed this out, they responded a couple of days later (New Year’s Day in between) with actual questions pertaining to my issue. After I provided screenshots and details, they finally acknowledged that what I had emailed about was indeed a software bug. Dan Haight had already confirmed this to me in the interim but I still went through the process with support anyways. In the end, I was able to successfully report a bug impacting my app but it was not the smoothest process.

    Results export has been buggy for a little while, N1N had a forum post about it a few months back. The lower rake is worth a few hiccups.
