Tiger stated he didn’t remember driving, yet no blood taken. Well, at least you can’t say they tried to take a black man down, but they do protect celebrities. This coming from a white man who thinks he’s black.

No idea what happened to Taylor – we don’t even know if it was a penalty assigned after the round or if the ShotLink tracker missed something. I’ve seen that happen where a score on a hole changes from what we thought it was but this one seems like the first situation as Taylor looked like he was happy when he made that putt on 9 to save par.

5/6 on my lone LPGA lu. But a dreadful 5/6.

    Can he appeal it?

I assume that he can/is. Hopefully swings in the Taylor backers favor 1 time

Got 40/150 through with 6/6. Oh what could have been with Sam Burns. Only 1/20 in my core cascade.

Just 4/54 6/6… still laboring over the last minutes of play today…. losing those two is hard to stomach

One thing thats going to make a difference for me this weekend. Corey Conners screws the poach. It seems almost everyone beating me in the H2H’s have him. 15% owned in the minimax.

Good luck the rest of the weekend RG fam..

Have a question for you vets.. where do you go for research about what stats matter for each course? Does RG do some kind of breakdown for that?.. or does one of the subscription sites provide that? I cant seem to nail down which stats/types of players actually matter for the courses

That’s the name of the game, man. I do my own data science. There’s some dudes like RickRunGood DMC that give you some regression results for free on YouTube if you want, but mine don’t turn out like his.

Seems like you can read fifteen articles/paid sites, and get something different from every one. How you would you know who to go with? Your best bet might be to just figure out how to beat your competition (the other knuckleheads reading all of the same articles).

Saw something pretty crazy at the LPGA.

Two of the players made their puts on 17 and walked to the 18th tee. It’s about a hundred yards away. The third player hadn’t putted yet. Neither of the two players watched her putt. She missed the putt and tapped in.

Now, how can either of the first two attest to the third player’s score card? They never saw her putt on 17. It was just her and her caddie. The other two were long gone and not looking back.

Ended up with 2/20 6/6 and 13/20 5/6 in the Birdie with Davis killing my core there and 4/20 6/6 and 11/20 5/6 in the QA with Malnati killing that one

Just hoping I can stay +cash by close of business on Sunday

Consider HV3 and Redman on the low side.

On paper – not much cashing, and only 3/75 6/6. But I’m pretty excited about my prospects because my LUs are loaded with Rory Mac, Sungjae, Fitzpatrick, Bez and others that I think will continue to do well this weekend.

I didn’t count my 5/6 up but many of them are Rory Mac LUs. If he wins they will likely cash. Etc.

If I do damage in the Minimax it will be with this one, currently 260 pts:

    Rory -7
    Sungjae -5
    Bez -4
    Benny An -2
    Poulter -1
    Willett E

3 legit T10 candidates, 2 grinders, and Willett, who needs the OWGR points.

It’s really anyone’s tournament. Should be exciting!

How much should we be factoring the wind into tomorrow’s Showdown slate? There are a few early guys I would like regardless of weather, but should we be cramming all six as early as possible?

Wind ramps up during the day but never gets bad according to the current forecast. It has changed a lot over the last few days, but I think you have to expect later higher winds (5 mph more maybe) to be balanced out by possible softer conditions from light rain that’s very likely.
