      RG Overall Ranking

    Another massive weekend 🤗

@brianvt- yes Homa has always been a dip guy. He’s always included in my all copenhagen squads along with:
    Brooks
    Perez
    Berger
    DJ
    Varner
    Kizzire
    Werenski
    Chez

Sky commentators said Bryson is still short of the absolute ultra elite level of DJ, Rahm, Rory and JT

    I strongly disagree.

For me, Bryson just isn’t an elite ball striker like many of the top players nor does he have the same all around game (though he might not have to) so some ex-players and traditionalists or commentators are not complimentary to him – his wedge game is still worse than DJ’s was before DJ re-built it to where it is today and also similar to current Rory’s (which also holds Rory back). Bryson is a better putter than Rory for sure and maybe all of them.

Bryson’s speed and distance is insane and that is the difference maker in weeks when he putts, pitches and wedges just a little above field average. He is gaining a ton of shots OTT so as long as he doesn’t lose shots elsewhere, he has a good week and potentially great week.

I still think he’d benefit from shorter/staggered length short irons (just knock a half inch of his 8i and then progressively down a 1/4 inch on each down through the wedges) – the NBC commentators mentioned it as well on his back to back bunker shots during the back nine today. You just cannot have the same touch and feel with a longer shafted club and he doesn’t even choke down that much.

He’s truly making the golf establishment re-think their positions on many issues such as equipment, stance, and swing. As long as his body doesn’t break down he is making greater strides in a shorter amount of time since Tiger Woods in the late 1990’s.

Nice. I guess I just never paid as much attention to him on TV in the past. Wouldn’t think of his type (So-Cal) as a dipper, but he’s also a big baseball fan, so maybe that’s part of it.

    Congrats!

We get pushed off the forum and people are posting about being surprised by carnage from the wind/difficult pins? Hmmm. Seems like we would’ve added to the conversation this week

He’s awesome. Doesn’t contribute a damn thing all week and then posts about himself on Sunday night (maybe Saturday night if you are lucky) or maybe posts shit about the site that hosts this message board you are on.

The dude doesn’t even throw you a bone with some insight on all his great lineups every week, but you go ahead and slobber over him.

just knock a half inch of his 8i

But he hits his 8 like it’s a 4-iron, I think I saw a shot where he was hitting an 8-iron with 200+ left to the hole.

I agree he needs to do something about the wedges, but until he hits a massive slump, I don’t see him making changes.

Wait a minute, ive been a supporter of everyone including you.

    1) Nobody pushed nobody from this forum.
    2) I dont think many posters surprised by Sunday, I knew from tuesday that it could be. I can see discounting that factor on a classic game and bemoaning the fact its just damn hard to catch up with a +2.

everything is good when you add, but doesnt mean it has value to everyone, is of interest to everyone, is so much smarter than others. So take that cry baby shit of getting pushed off the forum. and relax

What a week. In the dumps on Thursday, resurrected by end of Friday, start to think I got something going and J Rose say’s…I had enough. The rainbow, I will pull out of my ass, is he quit before the hole was done, saving the -1 pts for the dbl. So back to, how bad will I do? $187 In $148 out. not bad IMHO.
