Ahhh poetry
I need a dirty woman

KSDT fits with my data also. a course with risks and rewards is like rolling the dice.
If his ownership projects up, I will go down. but 6500 fits a bunch of others I think are roll of the dice in the price range. so as multiple entry a great pivot range.
speaking of sleazy….Sung Kang 6300 anyone?
How about Charl? He likes Bermuda.
What if I told you I’m considering both hawgs (Boss and Tom)?
P.S. I’m playing Tom Hoge for sure. Don’t have Bo Hoag in one. YET…
~
It’s not saturday night , so I will not be posting any Billy Connolly vids. lol
That vouvray is stronger than you think.
So, if you don’t pick the low ownership guy who goes off, you won’t be winning a gpp.
Always assuming your other five are solid.
Might do it in the DTG.
Stanley won me a GPP one time long ago and I believe he can do it again. 😂
Truth, and always easier said than done. I have one in mind.

“I’ve still got a little bit of work to do, but I guess if I can come to a World Golf Championship with the best players in the world and not feel like I’m my best and still contend, I guess that’s a good sign.” Rory

I think TPC is going to be the week.
I put together a fortune cookie “Lucky Number” LU and I am sticking to it…Can not be any worse than what I have been picking !
Totally starting from scratch this week, have to try something different. First step is probably avoiding any player under 6800 +/-. Then I have to stop being a fan, and become a DFS player. No Bud Cauley, so all bizness it is.
I’d love to see it! I’ll have a little in the mini-max, but not my SE gpps.
This may be my next move after this week, if things don’t change.
His HBO special from 1989 is my favorite of his.
My Twitter I think knows me a bit too well, as I got a promoted Mastercard tweet with a “Caption Me” contest with Ian Poulter and a line in there called “Less bogeys, more hoagies”. I don’t think they could have crafted a more perfect tweet to combine my interests if they tried
Also, now I’m going to have to play Sir Ian this week, right Whodat?
Speaking of sleazy, good riddance, and hope the rest of his days are full of Sung Kangs lmao
I’m sure he’s still lurking, so come try call me out again you bum…MORIKAWA WETTTT
Morikawa wet
I couldnt stop making LU’s. I like a lot of people in all the salary groups. I got 150 LU’s in the minimax, A H2H LU that didn’t fit into my MME. Would have liked to see some ownership guesses, but I never know.
So this week, I added my hunches into my mix, with a few mentioned here.
36 players, 150 LU’s, average salary remaining 119. Yep I used it all.
Winner: timusbr in H2H’s
Fade: Jason Day, I think I would like to place a bet that he doesnt finish the event.
Sleeper: my 5 lowest salary plays
6500 Kyle Stanley
6400 Graeme McDowell
6400 Sepp Straka
6300 Sung Kang
6200 Bo Hoag
Just a couple weeks in, but I think paying a dollar for one of those snake drafts and screen capping the ADP along side the order works pretty well for a draft projection.
Really liking Molinari/Leishman this week. Hoping Moli’s previous win here will bring good vibes and help continue to spur his comeback. Been doing the single bullet this year and it’s easy to go balanced and make some nice looking lineups. Taking a shot on Bryson at the top this week and saving Rory for next week as well like kps mentioned above.
Winner: Bryson
Fades: everyone else up top
Sleeper: didn’t dive into the 6’s but Killa Keith or Adam Long would be my punts.
Looks like Grillo is going to be chalky and I am staying away. I think the sixth hole will still haunt him.

Rory McIlroy and Bryson DeChambeau both have salaries 1,000 cheaper for round 1 than the full tourney. OTOH, Tyrrell Hatton and Sungjae Im only had 200 dollar drops.
I’ve suspected the difference in these adjustments has something to do with DK’s view of ownership. (I don’t know for sure, but it’s something I find interesting.)
~
I used to wonder about those differences, too, but I think it just boils down to Showdown being a completely different competition than full tourney. i.e. you’re fine taking risks on someone in SD when you’re not worried about a missed cut. DK has to change their whole scale for SD. Some low guys come up and high guys come down. I guess my point is that I don’t think they’re doing anything that’d you be able to read into, as far as like figuring out ownership for full tourney based on salaries that post for SD. I just think their algorithm is completely different because of the nature of the two styles of competition. I probably could have said that more intelligently, but too busy with work rn.
Interesting. DK only bumped his round one salary by 100.
The low-priced gopher whose price went up the most ($500)? Patton Kizzire. Go figure.
~
I’ve seen Kizzire mentioned a lot this week, not too surprising he got the bump
Brian, just couldn’t do it. I will be well overweight on Stanley, but the 100% on a guy has not worked well for me this year.
