Damnit, why can’t we skip this and go straight to Riviera.

    I’m feeling the same way.

Gonna play about 50% of my normal H2H’s and then fire 20 bullets at the $100K prize – gonna go high risk/high reward and try to make my player pool as small as possible like a 3-4 player core (at 75% each) and wheel another 8-10 guys through the lineups (at 25-33% each).

I like that idea, I’ll be scaling back too. Following this tourney is just the pits.

way too early call, Kevin Chappell has a really good weekend and could walk a way with a W.

BIF I’ll be back for my revenge at Riviera… might have been the worst 6/6 Cash game team I ever come up with. Just going to throw 20 darts at the 100k this week…

Happy Meal Cup standings have been updated. With the win Eric2323 moved into 2nd place.

What will people do with Spieth this week? Does he come in lower than the other top guys because of recent form?

I think so, which sucks because it will push more people to DJ. Hopefully Rory’s first event and recent form will draw some ownership. Hard to fade DJ. I will eat chalk and be all-in

    DJ
    Spieth
    Day
    Rahm
    McIlroy
All depends on DK algorithm but I expect DJ to be 400-600 more expensive than person behind him. Expect the other four to be closely priced together separated by no more than 500. I think Rory will be cheapest since he has no tournament history.

yup….without knowing pricing…DJ, Pat Perez, Chesson Hadley is who I may start a core around.

No prob – see you in a week

It’s gotta be DJ but I’m getting the feeling that might be detrimental to roster construction. I mean obviously you take the top guys but this tourney seems a but thin down low. I’m concerned about Spieth but will not fully fade. Think I’m gonna trust Sneds after a couple decent showings.

I doubt Day is higher than Rahm despite being 1/1 in the win column this year and can see Rory being higher than Day as well. Otherwise agree with order just moving Day down.

Either way I’d expect DK to make it difficult to jam 2 of those guys in to a lineup so we’ll have to pick our fave and run with him.

Down low is were it will be won this week in DFS contests this week with large entries. Look at the players who have T10 the last three editions of this tournament. The mid tier player has struggled getting T10 the last three tournaments.

Its hard to make Pebble Beach unwatchable, but this tournament definitely gives it a shot. So after a very solid showing from Phil last week I am going to be tempted to go with him again at another track he seems to like. I am a little concerned about him playing 4 weeks in a row though. I kind of hope to see high projected ownership so I can just fade him.

I’m kind of liking both Patrick’s this week and since the field is pretty loaded I’m hoping Cantlay doesn’t have his typical high ownership.

Agree, it will be interesting to see how they price it out as four of the five could go either way depending on the factors you are looking at.

Kokrak, Streelman both have some decent CH and will be in that lower tier range.

Watney will be interesting, has some decent CH, and has started this season out well, playing better every week since returning.

Not touching Spieth this week. I doubt that putter is going to magically start working.

If playing the 500k I think you will need to go deeper than players like Watney, Streelman and Kokrak.
