    I emailed support but got no response. So, I’m posting this here.

    At the top of my homepage is the following message:

    Warning: We were unable to renew your MarketPlace and/or Incentives subscription(s). To avoid losing access please click here to update your credit card information.

    This is false because I just checked my credit card and it was charged.

    Can you please tell me why this is posted on my homepage? Can you please remove it?
