I’ll would love to be able to play in one $50 h2h or 3 man nhl game without pros snatching it up instantly. I wish there was a better level system

You should encourage fantasy draft to adopt a similar stance for low stakes games

Here is fantasydraft response to my email regarding high volume players
    in low stakes contest.

    Hi Dan:

Thanks for reaching out to us. We appreciate your feedback. We are certainly doing things to make sure every player has an enjoyable experience on the site. We have just implemented our new H2H limiter for users, so they can limit the amount of times they play a certain user in H2Hs they create. I certainly understand your comments with regard to big players in smaller entry contests. However, as of right now, we do not have a limiter or blocker for that. I will definitely forward your suggestions on so that it can be discussed for the future.

Again, I thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. Please do not hesitate to send some more suggestions our way in the future.

I’ve noticed most of the responses on here have basically told you nothing about how to avoid sharks, but just you line of thinking is incorrect. While they may not be wrong, there are some different ways to avoid the sharks.

One of my best strategies is to slowly enter my h2h, 5 every three hours over the pan of a day. While I don’t have a serious 3/5/10 person tournies, slow, fragmented entries have really helped me avoid a lot of sharks. Basically, if you have your entire h2h entries sitting in que, it is easy to attack. If you only have a few on the go, it has less of a chance of being picked up.

If you want to be really serious about it, get a decent sample size over a month or two, consistently posting your entries at a certain time of day, and see if you can find a correlation between the time of day and when the sharks hit you, there is always room for improvement. I have found great success at 3amEST posting times, it picks up a ton of the Euro fanbase who aren’t on the same level in certain sports.
