I need Rahm to hit one in the rough here.

The irony from the discussion yesterday is that the way Scott played today, I actually wouldn’t be surprised if he really did mentally quit once he realized he couldn’t win and he didn’t care about starting 30th next week.

It probably also didn’t help he was playing with Rahm.

Rahm just tucked the kids into beds

Fitzpatrick with a BOGF -3 today. Scrappy Brit bulldog. He gained a fan this week.

    It’s Rahm time.

But I must admit, his choice of Niemann was a good call.

    Niemann missed the 5 footer.

He was due to miss one I guess. I actually think I’m better off with DJ > Rahm. I have 0% of both lol but DJ is lower owned, so hoping DJ does something here.

    Disastrous round by Scott.

Man…started 6819th ….up to 71st in the Penultimate…Hughes and Todd make those putts on 18….would have been awfully nice

  • ifthethunder

I have 4 good lineups that are almost good enough. Almost. And ALL FOUR have Harris English in them. It’s a bit painful. Two are Rahm lineups, and 2 are DJ.

So if DJ goes nuts on the last couple holes…

    Oops…Fitzpatrick and Todd…Hughes is on 17

Seabass lost his BOFR on 17. You hate to see it.

Those Rahm BOFR bonus points are going to vault some and hurt others

Starting from 12, he pretty much missed the green on every hole. He was actually hitting greens and missing putts earlier on, but now he’s just missing greens and putts lol. Oh well, I needed him to just make a few birdies today even if he went backwards, but that didn’t work out too well. Playing with Rahm who’s on fire definitely did not help.

He gave it a good effort I thought but just couldn’t make a putt then that way-right drive on 15 to kill any chance of playing next week definitely sucked the life out of him and made a double that should have only been a bogey then another needless bogey on 16 and likely one more on 18.

  • BIF

Mac Hughes needs Par or better to get into Augusta next April – c’mon Mac !!

Edit – ouch, he flared it in the bunker on 18 to short side himself – could be a very expensive hole

    Yes sir.

When is NBC going to get rid of Gary Koch? He second guesses every shot, then praises them when 98% of the time the shot works out. He is exhausting.

Yea I did not predict he would get fewer FPs than Kevin Streelman lol. Odds of that probably were like 300:1 on Friday.

That bogey he just made took me out of the money in the Happy Meal and Pay Mayo (same lineup).
