Saw this about Rory on Twitter:

Why did Rory McIlroy spend so much time hitting 3-woods on the range yesterday?

“I threw my 3-wood onto the New Jersey Turnpike off the 9th hole on Monday, so I was without a 3-wood coming here,” he said.

“If someone wants to go get a 3-wood, there’s one in there somewhere.” 😂

Fading more than I normally would too but some for no good reason (Cantlay specifically). He’s done me wrong when I think a course suits him haha

I know that feeling, but still feel like I have to play Cantplay.

    Anyways:

    Winner: Rahmbo
    Fade; No one named Cameron
    Sleeper: Someone named Cameron, Seabass

Good luck people, and thanks Tristan!

I see you’re in the $4444 Barnhill. Good luck and I especially hope that you beat those max entry guys.

I played a few of the qualifiers and unfortunately Adam Scott’s missed cut last week cost me a ticket (i’m sure others could say the same about some of their guys).

Thought really hard about swapping Louie out for Cam Smith at the last minute but didn’t pull the trigger. Hopefully Louie’s injury isn’t as bad as he lead on.

    Winner: JT over tired Rory
Fade: SE, so everyone but my six

    I was exactly there myself

good luck and low ownership bonus for both of us hopefully :)

  • cplatt87

Wow, people must have really been scared off Spieth after his final round on Monday. I’m extremely happy with where his ownership came in.
