What states can you play it in?

The issue with this for all states that have laws on the books and the “no amateur sports” clause is I doubt anyone is going to take the time to try to change this unless the sites do it. But not sure it’s worth their time. Lawmakers, who probably still do not understand DFS that well, may also say why did we set it up this way (DFS on amateur sports is bad) just a year ago to now change it to say it is OK. But I hope I am wrong as a resident of PA.

They told me yesterday on twitter that you can not but I’m almost certain during baseball season while the temporary shut down they told people the same thing. I have to go out that way anyway so no harm in trying

Added question, Is CT a legal CFB state?

it’s not that you ‘can’t’….it’s that you ‘shouldn’t’, since you’ll be somewhat circumventing the idea behind the ban. They hope most people will not bother with driving a distance to play when they’ve put in your head that there might be a chance you can’t edit……ohio just passed their stupid law last december so not sure that will change until Kasich gets out of office

Would be nice if NY added tennis too whenever they get around to adding legal status to additional DFS sports.

Tennis not avail in NY on DK?

  • scsa1998

Made my lineups in ct today. Also entered a late tourney(10:30) as a tester. 10 minutes to ct is an easier drive then 25 to Paramus
