Looks to be another crazy high scoring week with Baylor-TT, Tulsa-Houston and Cal-WSU.

Agree. WVU-Okie and Texas-TCU as well. I’m interested to see the O/U on ND-Clemson to.

Waiting to watch the discussion this week on which stud to fade. I’m still waiting at the table waiting for those folks who wanted to fade Fournette to eat their crow.

I did just fine fading fournette in my cash lineup, heck most of the GPP lineups I had with fournette did worse than my non fournette

I really hope all sites include Houston-Tulsa, Greg Ward will destroy them. He’s a 10X’s better athlete than Baker Mayfield.

Over under total yards for ward…. Mmmm lets go with 386.

  • BreakingBacon

Scary as it sounds, but Texas will be intriguing against a decimated TCU defense.

  • mvanderk10

Call me crazy but other than TT/Baylor game I can see the SMU/ECU game being very high scoring. Love me some Matt Davis!

I did just fine fading Fournette on 90% of my teams. Doctson outscored him by halftime anyway.

  • milktruck

Even I’m sick of the Fournette talk and I was number one fanboy. To recap: Fading on FD: Dumb. Fading on DK: Fine.

    All in on Greg Ward.

Will be interesting to see which team gets the WVU treatment and is underpriced. Could be Houston?

I guess only thing that worked for fournette was that he was in the optimal lineup… I had all players in it yet never had that glorious 246 FD score.

I realize this is a minority position, but I really prefer the slates with lower-scoring games. Some of these absurd shootouts push the cash line to astronomical numbers.

Aaron green had almost as good a game as Fournette and was cheaper too…doctson was the one player nobody came close to equalling…don’t think any WR came close to his score….I did play Fournette by the way but other RBs at least came close to his output…some RBs even had better days than Fournette ..

  • julieduke33

I just looked back at scores from Saturday…..hoy crap did deandre Washington have a good day…Doctson/Washington combined for 101.1 FD points and I had neither but at least in college if you miss on the big games you can still have a profitable day..

  • jameson416

I had some solid lineups, like 150s that didnt cash this past weekend. I wasn’t expecting to win with a score like this but is the normal for GPP cash going to be 160+ on weekends like this or was this just some misfortune?

  • 8MileAllstars

I played Fournette on some teams and I faded Fournette on others. Some teams cashed with him and some cashed without him. 3 Highest scoring team didn’t have him. Just fine not going all in on the guy.

  • milktruck

Switching from Washington’s Washington to Tech’s Washington made me a lot of money on DK

  • mvanderk10

WVU/Oklahoma game..WVU has a very sound defense one of the better secondaries in the country. If you remember last year when these two teams played Perine had a godly 70+ point day on fanduel.

Me too. I played a quarter arcade on a 4-game slate that had ECU’s game in it, and finished 3rd. I had a good point total but it wasn’t this insane high line.

Actually my best lineup was a non-Fournette lineup, even though I didn’t advocate outright fading him, nor did most people.

You needed Boykin-Doctson or Russell/Coleman or some combination of that or you had trouble doing much of anything this week. If anything I regret not having enough exposure to those guys.

Done talking about it as well.

Well I’m teaching all week, so at least I got something stable until college football ruins me… I feel this is the week I bomb.

  • BreakingBacon

Is this the week North Carolina finally snaps on defense? There is no way the defense can be this improved in one year. Skovenia might have a nice bounce back with people off of him.

Brace yourselves. A new round of “Fade Fournette” will commence this week, “I know he did great against Syracuse, but as a 46.5 favorite against Eastern Michigan, and an SEC game on the road next week …..”

  • Dadeano860

Texas Tech vs. Baylor? Are you kidding me? What will the total be, 85?
