What about BYU on Friday? You see them getting their points through the air or on the ground? With Hine questionable, I’m leaning toward the air attack.
As is usual with the thur-fri games, lots of question marks in this slate.

Key to the Thurs-Friday slate could be picking the right Cincy receivers which I’ve failed at every time I’ve tried to do that this year.

I hate Cincy with a passion for that very reason. Kiel shows no preference.

While I agree this will likely go over. there is only so high they can go and a record high seems like a good start

Only difference between Baylor and TCU is health, both defenses stink, but TCU stinking is due to injuries. Not really sure who is worse, but I’d give slight edge to Baylor now.

I’ve been wondering if Baylor is going to adjust to try and stop the TT Rb’s more, and if that will open it up for Lauderdale, Grant and Davis more. As for as TT’s Defense goes, I would just assume that Coleman is going to have a Doctson-esque game and maybe Lee is a good pivot if you think Tech is going to overload it’s coverage on Coleman.

Any word on who will be starting for Charlotte at QB? Johnson was the starter at the beginning of the year and I think McNeil just came on recently. Hard to find lots of info on the school since they’re so recently FBS.

Good thought, but they must not have a defensive coordinator. Why in the world did they continue to single cover Doctson? Listenbee and Gray are out and they still didn’t roll coverage. Kingsbury must just want the other teams to score quick so he can get his offense back on the field.

I would assume with being held in check last week, that the passing game would be back in play Friday. Matthews seems like a solid play for 6-80-1 but then again every time I play him, I miss. I do like Austin Duke for Charlotte though at $5,100. He had crazy numbers last year, (FCS though) but I would assume he will continue to see plenty of targets.

Need to see how healthy Ma Homes is, that injury in the first really dampened his massive upside last week.

My bold prediction this week. Boykin has yet another monster game, but takes it to a different level!

Boykin: 400 passing, 120 rushing, 4 passing touchdowns, 2 rushing touchdowns, 60 FD points.

I like the idea. Watching him this year though he’s played much more controlled. Seems he’s been told to limit the scrambles. Don’t think we’ll see anymore big running days and flips into the end zone

God these prices on FD are insanely soft

  • tprokopenko

Kudos to FD for bumping up the $25 early slate GPP again, and by quite a bit.

      RG Tiered Ranking

My hot takes are never wrong. In a thread a few weeks ago I said Saquon Barkley is a better player than Fournette. Pro Football Focus has Barkley #2 and Fournette #4.

  • BabyBuster

I would take Perrine / Fournette / Cook / Freeman / Chubb over Barkley any day of the week.

These are the QB rankings they currently have surely you can’t take these rankings serious.

  • lagee

Conner Cook is better than half those guys. How are those rankings aggregated?

  • whybore

DK prices for the early slate are so much softer.

I think it’s a bit tougher this week, just looking I don’t see many decent receivers 5500 and under, just first glance, but something will turn up. Easy to fit the Houston trio though…. Tasty tasty

  • Conrad

Yeah I think last week was softer than this week on FD.

  • BabyBuster

Yikes DK prices are low. I don’t really care loose pricing vs. tight, but would really like for each site to be consistent. These swings on DK are stupid.

  • chronoxiong

Who cares if the pricing is soft. And then you got that thread about DK’s pricing being too tight. Play on the site where you think you can win. You play to win the game!

By the way, I spy two North Carolina Wolf Pack RBs crushing value lately. What’s the deal with them? Are they in a timeshare? I want to play one of them.

  • lagee

I feel like the players opponent has a lot more to do with pricing than it used to. Jordan Howard was over 8k last week and put up 22.8 FD points and dropped almost 2k in salary to 6.6k.

  • kantiger77

The early slate is loose, for sure.
