And who did Keith Clearwater screw out of a spot this week?

10 out of 31 at this event while missing at least the last 10 cuts from what I can see. I understand he’s a past champion….with only 2 career wins on the Tour….both in 1987 no less.

Rob Bolton tweeted about this but the remaining 2 players who won pre-2000 are grandfathered in and playing as add-on’s and are not taking a PGA members spot. If they decline to play or WD they will not be replaced with anyone.

    Try it now.

Interesting. I didnt play this tourney last year, but Brooks, Rahm, Tway & Conners all finishing high seems to go against the medium accuracy hitter/shotmaker narrative that I’ve read about. Was there anything from last year’s tourney that brought more homers to the top? I guess in the case of Rham and Brooks it could just be bc they are really damn good at golf.

Wonder what the satty costs will be when they start them. I know they are running heavy on the 25 dollar basketball qualifiers now, but they should be putting up some of the milly sattys soon.

Did it not fill last week? I wonder what the reasoning is for such a large increase?

Guys that initially interest me are Aphibarnrat, JT Poston and P Uihelen at their price points. In a low scoring affair, all guys who can get on a roll

They just like messing with the price points. Seems to be a theme. Dogleg used to be $33 now it’s $44.
They tried a $10 MM once I think.

Please don’t talk me into playing JT again – he’s been killing me lately – can’t get him right.

Waiting for any contests for the EURO “Made in Denmark” to open up. Matt Wallace, Thunderbear, Kitayama, Bjeregaard, Lee Westwood are among the folks participating in this one.

Yeah he had a nice little run of consistency early on in the year that has trailed off a bit. I just like that the two times he’s played here, he’s made the cut and improved his finishing position.

I think his game fits with finding fairways and being a pretty good putter.
