All in Iowa State QB/WR stacks?

  • YGR

Purdy seems very underpriced. Collins of TCU is also a nice cheap option against Kansas. That said, I really like D’Eriq King. Could see a lot of dual QB this week.

  • jtkucheck

The real question is what cheapie WR/RBs allow you to afford the dual QB setup… personally liking Iowa and Florida RBs but that may change.

  • YGR

I’m currently rolling with the Iowa RB and the Northwestern RB (Bowser). I think Bowser is now the starter over Moten. I feel like getting any starter RB at under $5k is a good deal, almost regardless of O/U and pace.

Which Florida RB? Perine and Scarlett are almost equal in terms of touches and opportunity it seems.

I like Perine better. Yeah, I was all over Bowser, but the other 2 RBs are coming back. Bowser didn’t look explosive and did it against Rutgers, so he’s really a wildcard. He could be the real deal and Wisconsin is awful vs the run.

Kyler or D’Eriq? Almost impossible to get both. I think Purdy will be the popular choice to pair with one of those 2. We’ll probably sweat all week over Kyler or D’Eriq and their scores will be 38-35 fantasy points. Both teams expected to score 40+, Kyler making a Heisman push and D’Eriq in a more competitive situation. It’ll just come down to who gets the TDs taken by RBs and we can’t predict that….

I was thinking Perine, got more touches last game and looked great, including 4 catches for 93 yards. Scarlett hasn’t had more than one catch in any game this season.

Now I’m a little worried about Purdy, with the relatively low total, bad weather, and an RB they will hand off to a ton. Might have to find another direction to go at QB2, especially if Purdy will be chalk.

Anybody playing the friday slate? is collin hill a must play?

  • Dookie

Im locking in Hill. At 4k on fanduel how can you not with them favored.

  • jtkucheck

Looking like USC will be starting Jack Sears if Daniels doesn’t clear concussion protocol today. Sears hasn’t played and is only a RS Freshman, but is a dual threat QB and has some playmakers against a middle of the road D. For $5K, that seems fine.

  • Dadeano860

    Does Sears run?

I want to fade him. Manny Wilkins is worth a look, USC defense riddled with injuries.

The weather is perfect in Iowa tomorrow, that’s not a concern.

Another good cheap RB option will be K. Brooks for Sooners at 5k… had 165 yards rushing last week and sermon still banged up for Saturday. He may play but Brooks will get lot of snaps.

Not 100% sure you can trust him, but I’m 100% EXPOSURE in one LU = RB Kennedy Brooks 18.1

In his senior year of HS, he ran for 1135 yards on 171 carries with 9 TDs. He doesn’t… not run.

Made 2 lu’s, one with Taylor and the other with Travis Etienne and his current 4.5 fd point. Just a couple bucks but my taylor lu is looking good besides him so it hurts.

  • cedric19
