You are banking on the guy getting 40 pts PLUS you need your cheap guys (and this week had very few) to produce. Whereas the odds of him going under that number are pretty high..so yes, it was an obviously stay away.

And if you hit with him, you still need to beat half the field who also has him.

    You dodged a bullet, really.

Simply not true for college football.

The key to CFB DFS is identifying which teams will let their starters pour on points in blowouts and which ones will go into cruise control and let their backups rack up garbage time points. Seems to vary week to week.

Good call somewhat the same in the nfl…back in the day i always did well with the patriots because they never took their foot off the gas

  • SoreOnSunday

Wow wow wow never in my career have i had a day like this where ive had all my studs have their backups score the tds on one off plays…unreal worse odds than hitting the mega millions lol

Milton must be out? He hasn’t been in the first two drives

  • jtkucheck

Thought I was going to have a pretty good day getting all parts of my Mizz/Memphis stack right… turns out I didn’t include Rountree and this will end up being a very pedestrian finish. Still, happy to finally get a good game out of Lock.

  • ElSlappo

When was the Milton not playing news known? Did I miss it or was it not known until after the game started?

  • infinite420

FWIW i was not on taylor at all, i gave him a really long look, but i cannot really see myself paying over 8500 for any non QB player in CFB. Value is very hard to find in CFB, especially this week. Ironically my expensive stud was Brown on OU, i prefered him to Taylor mainly because he has added value with PPR, and he was cheaper. But that didnt really end up as expected either.
    my lineup was:
    Ta’amu
    Ty Chandler
    Stevie Scott
    Marquise Brown
    Emeka Emezie
    Jalen Knox
    Tony Pollard
    Kyler Murray

RE Milton: I saw it on Twitter like 10 minutes before that there were rumors he wasn’t playing. I got off him once I saw a beat writer say his ankle was heavily taped; figured his rushing ability was basically nil if he did play and found a way to swap up to Haskins (tho he’s doing nothing)

The announcers on ESPN didn’t even know the news until Mack took the first snap
