whats the odds on Ranoic’s new match, anyone see yet?

    they haven’t been released

  • yisman

    my FD lineups:

Moutet, Barty, Cirstea, Pera, Paire, Goerges

A.Harris, Trevisan, Rus, Djokovic, Tsitsipas, Kvitova

Moutet, Rus, Novak, Han, Tsitsipas, Serena

  • LegiaWwa

Whatever the odds are, Raonic went from a bad pick to a great value pick. Albot was ranked 48, the new guy is 149.

Albot was my favorite upset pick

  • Sinthetix

Barbora Strycova locked about 3 minutes before any other player. I hope its a good sign.

  • yisman

I would’ve had Raonic on FD but news not in time

I pivoted on DK to him

    Kvitova/Novak/Y.Wang

    to

    Raonic/Rus/Brengle

  • hcassidy

Why is DK still showing Raonic as a cancelled match and removed him and I’m at only 5 plays?

    they will fix it

this has happened before, where they showed it as PPD/canceled. I think it happens every time there’s a change in opponent. Everyone freaks out because it has the player in red.

it will be fixed later and he will accrue points

I don’t mind all 48 matches being on one slate though

Except that there are 64 matches on the schedule.

This is what I don’t understand about DK’s approach to the first round of a major. If you’re going to split the day’s schedule into two slates, why run two late slates—a late, and an extra late? Why not start one slate at 7 when the day’s play begins and include let’s say the first two matches on each court, then a second late slate for the remainder? It’s not that they were hoping to recycle the cash from the day’s NFL play because (1) they do it all year, NFL or no, and more importantly (2) the NFL games weren’t close to done at 8:15.

FD ran a single slate with all 64. I like it; I’m sure it’s not for everyone. But for the site that’s offering a single slate to include the full schedule, but the site that’s offering multiple slates to drop the first 16 of the day altogether? That doesn’t make sense.

Had Cirstea (won) and Opelka as lower spends in a fairly balanced lineup approach. opelka Was delayed but he’s up

  • cheezpizza

Sloane Stephens with the huge collapse. Going from Match Point to getting steamrolled.

  • JSteele

I’m in a $33 10 player late game contest on DK. Looks like I have to wait for tonight to finish but so far I’m 2 for 2 with Zhang and McNally.

For some reason Sloane was 60% owned so Zhang was a big win for me. Stosur was 30 or something percent so McNally helped too.

  • dw12290

Got wins from Barty and Gauff in the $15 tourney with Opelka and Lajovic suspended, Bublik delayed and Konta upcoming.

The suspension might help Lajovic being down 2-5 in first set but still a lot of matches left.

  • skleni

35 games on the dk main slate for tomorrow and a 40k main contest.

Sloane was cheap and had recently beat Zhang.
She by all accounts should have won today too.

I was thinking Sloane would be able to have a good year with her old coach back for awhile now but she started off the year terribly losing to some low ranked players. I know she typically shows up at the majors but Zhang owns the AO H2H 3-0 now.

  • JSteele

Some cheap players I like today

Duckworth seems to do well in his home country and Bedene does terribly in the AO. I think there’s a real good chance at an upset here at $6500

Rodionova at $6900 seems to have a good shot at beating Bondarenko who hasnt played much since 2018. Arina is the younger sister of Bondarenko’s former doubles partner. Anastasia Rodionova. I’m not sure that has much bearing on this match.

  • marker0357

Stan Wawrinka? Seems like a bomber with good recent results though I admit that I’m a novice at Tennis.

  • sportsnut11

Value today for me Popyrin at $13 on FD Also Bolt. Ramos Vinolas is better known for clay courts. Thiem has been struggling in Grand Slams lately especially in 2019. Does Mannarino cause an upset like Fucsovics did yesterday? Lastly, does anyone know anything about this Gaston fella? Munar is another clay court player. Not well known for hard courts.

I just looked this guy up. He had a monster season last year on the ITF circuit. He doesn’t have any notable wins though. He beat Londero in straight sets, but he’s more of a Clay Court guy. He’s not really a guy i’m looking to target as an upset pick, but i’m also not looking at Munar either.

  • dw12290

Kind of like Uchiyama at $5300 today.

    Her career in a nutshell.

Ostapenko is cheap considering the streak she’s on. Looks like she withdrew recently but most likely to prepare for the AO, rather than an injury related withdrawal.

I think it was for personal reasons related to the passing of her father

Oh yes that’s right. Do you think she will play today?
