DK risk-free contest, 5 entry max

  • Stangs13

Yisman where do you see that?

  • BMiller813

That is for the Charlotte race on Sunday

  • cjousma

Is the race even going to happen? 90% chance of thunderstorms tomorrow night and 40-50% chance of storms all day Thursday.

  • Stangs13

I see it now. The question for tonight is Kyle Busch or not? He is really expensive and really limits what you can build.

  • rourke441

i see where the wed. darlington 2 race has the firs 20 starters in reverse order from the finish on sunday e.g. harvick starts 20th.

yeah I don’t think they’re going to get any of these in. Rain steady all week all through the carolinas.

Tonight’s race has been moved up to 6pm.

Cup 6pm ET Wed (#NASCAR Race Hub at 5pm ET on FS1). Natl Weather Service says 85% chance rain. Xfinity race noon ET Thurs. If Cup race ppd, it’s 7pm Thurs. Can race Friday? TBD. Likely depends on what broadcast/officiating/timing equipment needs to go to Charlotte & be set up.

Do we know if DraftKings is going to refund the race from last night?

  • monarch

How are you guys approaching this? I’d love for it to go today but its most likely going sometime tomorrow but the contests will fill today and lock so we would be vulnerable to whatever breaks/occurs between lock and when the race actually takes place.

Why would they? It runs at tomorrow. Editing for correction

  • monarch

Xfinity is noon tomorrow but they won’t refund unless the race is canceled from what I can tell

  • Dookie

Do you still think if today gets ppd that drivers that are driving in both Xfinity and Cup series races will drive both races tomorrow?

Like they’re racing tonight and unless news comes out of anyone moving to the back, that everyone will start from where they’re slotted to. I suppose if you’re making a bunch of line ups, building a few like maybe the race will be shortened wouldn’t hurt. Tonight’s race or if it’s Thursday night would only need to go 110 laps to be official, I believe. Shorter race, less time for cars to move up, even less dominator’s needed, and so on.

  • BrianVT

Gotta go with Keselowski. Third highest driver rating Sunday, but finished 13th.

  • monarch

I like Keselowski because he can dominate a shortened race and get those points from his position.

I wish the race was an hour earlier. It looks like there might be a window between 5 and 7 but the race is at 6:26. They are about to get hammered based on the radar but it should clear up this afternoon before more stuff comes this evening.

  • Ronboogie6

@depalma With all the rain didn’t know if some drivers would back out. With entries locked wasn’t sure how it worked. New to this was just wondering.

Gotcha. Didn’t mean to come across as a jerk.

I would assume if a driver drops out then it might be refund time. Imagine if Kyle didnt race at 60%

I highly doubt it. They don’t refund if a golfer withdraws.

  • BrianVT

Looks like Darlington can start drying out soon and the rest of it should stay to the East.

  • yisman

couldn’t get my lineup in in time

    difficult lineup to make

I had 6k left for the last spot and nothing good at 6k or below
