Looks like 79.3% of lineups have 6 golfers from 6 different groups

    This seems AWFULLY low.

Are 20% of people that dumb to roster a golfer from the same group?

List with the for sure loss on #1 after that terrible 2nd shot.

that is a really horrible shot if true

  • lfn1992

To clarify, I did make sure I could get 6/6 though to the Round of 16 in all my LUs, but I didn’t make sure I could get a perfect 6/6 in the Elite 8. That’s because once you get to the Elite 8, I think the percentages are so small you’re better off having guys with at least 2 Match Play wins.

I.e. I never had Noren/Pieters in the same LU, but I didn’t shy away from DJ/ZJ if I felt like it was going to be a battle between 2 win or 3 win players

Where do you see if lineup is duped?

Someone answer this, I’m very curious now

Played 12 LU’s in the $400K $5, ended up with three dupes. Not too bad considering.

Dupes will be abound, as there are a limited number of golfers to choose from when playing optimal lineup construction and taking into account thalary cap restrictions.

The .44% are the blank lineups submitted. 6 people have an entire lineup that would only allow 1 to reach quarterfinals & 5 of those are duplicated (Groups 2/15 Thomas/Perez/Woodland/SImpson/Si Woo K im/List)

Thanks for the table. Also, that lineup you highlighted is hilarious; I wonder how it came to be that 5 different people have the same terrible duplicated lineup.

  • lfn1992

At least List only loses one hole due to that mess

Export from DK. Sort the column with the golfers names in excel, then search your username. You will be able to find your LU and if there are any other around it that match.

    I can’t believe JT only weighs 145lbs.

How is this not saying that 79.3% can go 6/6 when they have 6 golfer from 6 different groups? I feel like Dewoc right now

It is saying taht 80% can go 6/6, the 42.7% is for quarterfinals which is the final 8. That’s why I like to use the march madness terms since it is easier to remember since it tells you how many teams/people are left in the name. So he’s saying of the 80ish % who picked 6 different groups, only 42.7% of those could get all of their 6 into the Elite 8

haha nice, are you saying that you only have 1 golfer different or that one of each of your guys are playing a match against each other today?

  • klyon28

Is shot tracker right? Did Woodland really just miss a 5 inch putt to lose the hole?

  • superstars92

Group 15 as a sum has ridiculously low ownership (adding the 4 golfers), even though 1 of those guys will win the group. I have it all on Woodland, so he has to win. Basically, if a team of mine has a group 15 player, it is Woodland.

Well yes but not everyone that played fully understood the format and I suspect some of them didn’t even look up the groups
