Nope – with less golfers on the course each round starting Saturday morning, it’ll be tough to have big swings and you don’t have the position points where a Rickie like double-double finish drops you from 4th to 11th.

Chances are if you aren’t winning after Friday, you are probably in trouble unless you have some of the lowest scoring group winners advancing then you have a chance to move up where if you already have some guys who go 3-0 they’ll have the 15 win points plus some holes not played and maybe a bonus or two and now another day to keep moving up.

What if you are not winning much today, lol. Asking for a friend.

If Keegs also pulls the upset and the Barnrat holds on… I have I think 7-8 LUs with Barnrat in there

Time for the Keegan blowup we’ve all come to know…

He “layed up” on 18 behind a tree in the rough….Poor Keegs

    Round 1 match bets

    List +174 Thomas x 1.0u
    Finau +111 Pieters x 1.0u
    Uihlein +223 McIlroy x 1.0u

I like Rory a lot, but his putter was nuts last week and that is unlikely to continue. List seems undervalued at that price, and Finau/Pieters is at best a tossup so I’ll take the small plus money.

Finau and Uihlein won, List lost, so net +2.34u on 3u risked. That was about the only bright spot today.

And now Rahm can only hope to tie today :(

Henley’s drive was weird. Looked good then all of a sudden shot to the left when it landed

  • lfn1992
