    I would like to understand how and why Rotogrinders continues to do business with FanDuel. By doing so you are complicit.

    The facts :

    Consistent outages averaging almost one per week for over a year

    Zero explanation for what happened and what was fixed, including a plan of action to prevent this from happening daily

    While they said today that their stat provider is down – why can’t they show ownership on players? This is THEIR platform.

    How do we know there is any transparency and lineups aren’t being altered?

    How do we know hacks aren’t occurring to improve lineups in game?

    Why is the community Ok with this?

    There are options:

    1) Mass chargebacks – hit them in wallet

    2) Demand transparency and pressure state AG office to create regulation that makes showing ownership mandatory at start times.

    3) Demand better from Rotogrinders. Where is the FanDuel management team ? Get them on here now to answer these questions.

    They are hiding and need to be exposed.

    FD had some serious technical issues even before the stat provider outage.

    I’ve entered some snake draft contests that remained in the lobby once the draft starts. So on my laptop I still see “waiting for 1 more player” when the draft had actually started, and my team starts to autodraft. That wouldn’t be so bad if a player set his queue, but if he didn’t FD will start picking from their default ranking, which (laughably) had players like Haslem or Joakim Noah in the top positions.

    They also locked players out of their app a couple times during the NBA bubble season. Lots of people complained about not being able to make changes. Thankfully I could still access their site on my laptop but for people working or on the road, they were screwed.

    The DFS sites are clearly shorthanded or aren’t quite running at full strength. The pandemic gets to us all. I’m willing to give them a break, but I won’t be playing anything other than quarter games until they can get their house in order. When things return to normal snake draft will be my bread and butter at FD.

    I had the same issue. I loved DRAFT. It was my favorite site. Then FD shut it down. I played a few snake drafts but all of them (and I mean, all of them) had glitches like you describe so I just stopped after I had played about 4-5 of them in July and August when all the sports were going strong.

    Fanduel support is a complete joke right now. I have been in constant contact with them for weeks now trying to get an issue resolved over a deposit bonus. They finally found the issue and said it would be resolved within 72 hours. That was 2 weeks ago. Now I have had to create another ticket with them, and they are asking for all the same information again, and saying the initial issue that was found was never there. They asked me to provide screenshots of the previous emails, in which I did. Then their very next response is “I’m just checking in to see if you need anymore help?” Seriously, what the heck kind of response is that??? It’s like they are intentionally ignoring the issue now, and won’t even answer any further questions even after they ask for proof AND I provided it. I have proof of deposit from their end, my banks end, promo offered (which is still in my notifications by the way, even though they now say it doesn’t exist), emails from their support team, and so forth. They still ignore it.

    I sent an email to FD support last week as well, I got back 3 replies from “people”, clearly was computer generated as it was the exact same email just with a different name at the bottom. Again providing ZERO help, just a bot “How can we help you today” type of stuff. Its a joke but as long as their contests are filling they clearly dont care. This is fine in the short term, good luck long term with that model.

    This is always why we need another 2-3 viable sites to play. I would love to tell you that I could take all my business from them, but I love playing and am profitable at CFB, I only have 2 options so I am kind of forced into playing some there. It was nice when there were 4-5 sites that had sites you could play on. RIP to Draftstreet/Draftster/Aces/FantasyDraft/etc!

    Just an update that after not receiving any response from FD, I finally heard back from them that they are suspending my account. So when you dispute with your credit provider, that sure gets their attention. It was a fun run while it lasted but now they can kiss my grits. Good luck to you all – bets advice is to hit them in wallet.

    Exactly. Maybe this lasts a few more years, but that attitude of no customer support will eventually trickle into the other parts of the company and they will die. I wonder if they have actual support on their sportsbook app. (it’s banned in my state)

    I’m MVP level and I’ve played and lost over 5000 the last couple of weeks while the site has been screwed up.

    I e-mailed them and got this:

    To confirm, our team credited a 50% net lossback across impacted slates for that issue on the NFL slate on Week 5(where net losses exceed $10). This was issued in bonus funds as a site credit.

    I can see you were credited with $100.00 in bonus fund. We do appreciate your play with us at FanDuel.

    That weekends live scoring outage, while a result of our stat provider, presented a lapse in the FanDuel experience for each of our users, and we are working diligently to ensure this does not happen again in the future.

    FanDuel has provided credits for any entry fees into affected contests on-site, and does not credit on the basis of potential winnings. Each user was affected by the same circumstances that weekend. We completely understand your frustrations and apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not able to offer any further credits at this time.

    They have no support for the sportsbook.

    When I e-mail the DFS side, they usually take about a week to get back to me (and usually don’t resolve the issue).

    When I e-mail sportsbook at fanduel they basically never reply at all. If you have an issue with the sportsbook, good luck.

    Same level as you and all I can say is when I disputed with my provider, I received a significant refund via Paypal within 24 hours. They only care/watch deposits so if you fight them (and are prepared to never play there again) this is the best approach. I don’t think they last multiple years with the approach to service they are taking. The best part is their VIP email address replied to me and the writer doesnt have a name or email signature. So you’re literally interacting with no one and this is their “VIP” address. Awful transparency. I’m refrain from commenting further but all I can tell people is vote with your wallets and reclaim your hard earned money. #chargebackfever

    Fan duel has gotten so bad i quit using it. I had gone to them over dk and they fd it up so bad between customer service not having segregated dfs/sportsbook accounts and a non working product that its literally the first gaming dfs site i fired as a consumer ever. Its reached that point fire them as a consumer and move to dk and one other option to make sure you help make sure it doesn’t become a monopoly so the rake stays reasonable. To fan duels board. You need to shake up your executive management and deploy dollars to frontline customer service or your going bankrupt.

    Are you charging back funds that you fairly lost at their site?
    What did you tell PayPal or your bank to request your refund?

    Sorry, not sharing that on a public forum. All i can say is that FD customer support magically comes out of the woodwork once you dispute transactions. If you’re a CA resident, you also have more protections than others in this area. Well worth it to pay a good lawyer for an hour for some advice.

    On paypal choose the item is significantly described option. Wait 7 days as they wont respond and then escalate it to a claim

    I’m going to just lock this thread. The OP had his account banned and I believe nothing good will come from this thread if people follow some of the advice given here. Attempting to chargeback will not work and only hurt you players more than it will Fanduel.
