Was $200 down in MLB DFS before Boot Camp, now $2200 up playing $3 per game on GPPs. This 1 lineup of 5 I had is specifically due to Justin, Peter, and Mike’s advice but Al and Andrew also have helped me out.

As a side note, the guy that finished 2nd was a Boot Camp Presenter at a camp previous to the one I attended.

One day doesn’t make a season, but it’s nice to see this result this early compared to the butt kicking I was getting beforehand.

Yes, I bet many would LOVE some elaboration without giving out to many details (I’ve watched a few myself, but still continue to struggle BIG TIME with MLB).

The most informative (and the most dry) was Mike Leone’s advanced metrics to assess pitcher skill. I geared my spreadsheet to his advice and it worked out. After that, Justin Van Zuiden- The Art of Success: Daily Fantasy Baseball Tournament Approaches is one that really helped and while it was frustrating that I hit a big one (10,000+ entries) after cutting back to his BRM, it’s better to lose potential winnings than bankroll.

I haven’t seen any of the Denver ones, but I’ll be hitting Drew’s batter breakdown one today.

Obviously, the biggest benefit is being able to pick their brains during lineup creation and roundtables. Didn’t get to sweat it out with them because wife, but I’m sure tidbits were also there to be had.

Impressive winning a tournament of that size with a big fat zero from Jose Abreu.

Are those videos available or just the Denver ones, hard to check at work right now. Either way I’ll be checking them all out. Congrats btw!

Is it worth it for the videos? I could never make it to the actual camps and videos are sometimes a pain in the ass to me. I just want to see what people think before i go with it.

That’s FANTASTIC! Congrats Yukerboy! I’m always of the mindset that people pick their own lineups so the success you’ve had is yours and not ours, but I’m glad that you found the information that we presented to be useful and help streamline your path to success!

All the videos from Los Angeles, Denver and Chicago are posted to the site withe exception of one which is taking longer than we expected for the Producer to get finished. But there is a wide range of topics discussed by all our presenters throughout those twelve webinar videos from all the camps.

they can be bought individually for $9.95 or a monthly subscriber will have access to ALL the videos as well as the Daily Projections for $29.95 a month.

So you really had to spend money for Boot Camp just to learn how to stack against John Danks? Anybody could have taught you that.

Congrats. Which specific lesson(s) helped you build this Twins stack?

The biggest one was still Leone’s lesson. I have built a spreadsheet based on his stuff that has really let me key in on good pitchers to target and good pitchers to roster.

Thanks for the endorsement Yukerboy! Can’t tell you how pumped I am it’s helping you have success but as Al says “people pick their own lineups so the success you’ve had is yours and not ours”. That couldn’t be truer in this case as you’ve taken something I meant to use to educate people on picking SPs and used it as a way to evaluate hitter matchups as well. While that may seem intuitive, it definitely shows that you’ve taken the time to understand the presentation and integrate it into your own process, which is key. No matter who is giving advice or what that advice may be, it’s not enough to simply cherry pick a few things here and there and try to take a shortcut to success.

I’ve been trying to buy a subscription but apparently I’m too stupid to make the purchase. The same details I use to buy online on a ton of different sites somehow do not meet the requirements of DFS BootCamp. Lol.

care to expand on that weirdly worded sentence? i bought a one month subscription using my actual info (not sure if this differs from “details i use to buy online on different sites”) and had no issue at all

It’s a pretty straightforward process. Credit Card or paypal. We don’t require anything that any other site doesn’t. If you’re having an issue please contact support, info@dailyfantasybootcamp.com

That does sound kind of shady—point taken. It was just meant to imply that my same details that work anywhere else don’t work on the site. FWIW, the response to my support email didn’t resolve the issue. Oh well, I’ll figure it out at some point, may have to go the PayPal route. It’s clearly not a widespread issue so no reason for me to bring it up other than frustration. Glad to see some success stories already, because I have a hell of a lot of room for improvement in MLB.
