With the groundbreaking decision yesterday I am hopeful that the DFS sites get back into this state. I am writing directly to these sites. It was a sad day when overnight DFS was pulled from all Nevadans. Now with DFS sites saying they plan on getting into the sports betting market with states that pass legislation. Well? What are you waiting for? Nevada should be the first state you move into. It is my understanding you guys left, not because Nevada banned you, they wanted to license you. With the landscape at the time that was not a viable option. Now the landscape has changed. I fail to see any downside with getting licensed now. Firing up your sports betting platform and DFS as well. I am sure I am not alone in the state of Nevada in saying it is time to come back. Let’s go. Get on the ball and bring back DFS along with the sports betting angle. It is time to come back to Nevada.

I too wrote them about this and got pretty much the same response. Need all Nevadians to who still want to play to let them know. I live on the border in Reno so i can at least drive a couple miles to Cali and enter contests, at least with FanDuel, but would play a lot more if i could sit in the comfort of my home and play. With gambling laws being changed and both companies getting involved in bookmaking should be no reason not too. Let’s get er’ done fellas..
