    Give them props when props are due. The customer service rep reached out to me via email after seeing this post and the problem is solved

    You can try tweeting to @DK_Assist and see if they can help troubleshoot the problem. They are usually very responsive when I need help.

    The app, like the lineup page, is permanently buggy and laggy. The lineup page will lag and stop working close to lock. The app will display network error if you dont have a perfect connection and will crash often. Part of what you have to accept as a customer about playing on DraftKings is that the underlying app/website are gonna be garbage. Its not getting fixed, so just accept it and make sure you leave enough time in your building process to deal with it. Contact support if you want, but support cant build a new website/app from scratch, which is what would actually need to happen here for a good customer experience.

    Sportsbook part seems better from a UI perspective at least. Dogshit lines, but better customer experience at betting on the dogshit lines from what I have heard.

    I feel like Im coming across as somewhat harsh. I use the product a lot every day so I must like it to some extent. But its is so frustrating that in 2018 the website and app have perpetual problems that thousands of websites and apps have managed to avoid and Im told by community outreach “hey we had to build an experience point system that might add value down the road first”

    I just googled my problem & this thread popped up so here I am. When I’m on the DK lineup page and I click on the player’s page to get further info on a players previous statistics – ex. clicking on the players name will bring you to the players info/stats/etc.- I am almost always going to encounter the page freezing up & usually the only way I can get out of this is closing DK down completely & reopening it in another tab. This seems to happen 20-30 min before/leading up to lock (I usually have RGers open & am listening to the Rger shows but I don’t think that has much to do with it unless the chatroom comments are somehow causing an overload lol. Please help fellow Rgers (or DK).. PS , I know this is an old thread but it’s all I found on google ;)
