FPPed a hat from the DK VIP store on launch day, but since then I’ve only received a generic email confirming a purchase (it doesn’t even list what I got). And it told me to keep an eye out for a shipping email – this was on 2/26. I emailed support to ask why I hadn’t received any further emails – and I was told to check my spam (which was nice of “Cameron” to automatically assume I’m retarded).
After informing Cameron that I had already done that (obviously and that’s why I’m emailing your “support”).
He said he would check with marketing and get back to me – nothing.
Has anyone else received their goods? Or had any issues like this? DK constantly seems to be dropping the ball on support for the little guy and it’s starting to get old… They’ve raked hundreds of dollars from me, and all I’m getting back is a lousy hat – they could at least email me back with a definitive response.
