    FPPed a hat from the DK VIP store on launch day, but since then I’ve only received a generic email confirming a purchase (it doesn’t even list what I got). And it told me to keep an eye out for a shipping email – this was on 2/26. I emailed support to ask why I hadn’t received any further emails – and I was told to check my spam (which was nice of “Cameron” to automatically assume I’m retarded).

    After informing Cameron that I had already done that (obviously and that’s why I’m emailing your “support”).

    He said he would check with marketing and get back to me – nothing.

    Has anyone else received their goods? Or had any issues like this? DK constantly seems to be dropping the ball on support for the little guy and it’s starting to get old… They’ve raked hundreds of dollars from me, and all I’m getting back is a lousy hat – they could at least email me back with a definitive response.

    Ordered multiple things on launch day here too and have only received the initial order processing email. Yeah I was also wondering. Figured it would be slow going but it’s been 8 days now and no more communication…

    Ordered some swag launch day as well. I also have not received any shipping information or what I ordered.

    This is why I always get a tracking number when I have something important coming, like ironic hot sauce or a ball cap. Am I supposed to just wait around and assume they’re going to send me my t shirt without freaking the **** out? I don’t think so! Stay diligent brothers, lord wiling you’ll have that ironic hot sauce in no time.

    Same thing happened here. No confirmation email about what I ordered or anything. Emailed support and they did get right back to me and told me my shirt would be shipped out in the next couple of weeks. Ordered it on launch day.

    I’m still waiting for my stress ball that I ordered 2 weeks before draftkings purchased draftstreet that they said they would send out. Hopefully you guys don’t wait as long as I do

    Got an email a few hours ago saying order was in warehouse and awaiting to be shipped. Looks like it was a reply to a ticket opened which I did not open. Guess DK is reading this thread. So props for the communication and courtesy. Likely slow going here at the beginning. No biggie, IMO as long as it isn’t months of waiting.

    Just got my shipping conformation for the shirt I ordered the first day. I’m sure they are a bit overwhelmed to start.

    It says allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery on Draft Kings FAQ, so thinking you will have it in one week is probably a bit ambitious.

    Was away this weekend – but I finally received some feedback from DK. They sent me a tracking number, and I received the hat in the mail today. Looks like it was just a slow start. If anyone else has any issues, support seems to be able to help now

    Mine shipped from NJ, so if your east coast maybe you get it sooner?
