    I requested a withdrawal from DK on 11-3. On 11-5 I received a text from Fedex saying a signature would be required for a package coming the next day. Package came the next day (11-6) I opened it and to my surprise the check was made out to some dude in Newberg, OR…. the package was in my name and address.. I contacted Dk via email that evening, they requested I upload a picture of the check which I did. I requested a tracking number on my check, received a reply email saying they couldn’t get that info. Then received another email saying that actually they could and that information would be forwarded to me asap. Fast forward a few days and I received the tracking number and it was for the first package that they mailed me with the other persons check. Is there a phone number for DK this emailing is getting old? I understand that the checks can take a few weeks they say. That doesn’t explain why I received the other persons check two days after withdrawal request. Any help would be appreciated.

    Just got done chatting with a DK rep through their chat box on the website. He said after they voided the other check they would reach out to me and mail me another one. I said so you didn’t mail my check or mailed it to another person and the question was dodged more than once. I have screen shots of all the emails and the message log from the conversation if anyone is interested. Has anyone else had this issue? I’d also like to add that the check they mailed me in someone elses name had a may date on it, very strange.

    Never happened to me and never heard of anyone with problems

    I’ve probably taken 7 or 8 WDs over $5K each and I usually request on Monday or Tuesday and the cheque is delivered by Fed Ex on Thursday (I’ve even had it show up on Wednesday a couple times) and I’m in Canada.

    I’m guessing somehow your cheque’s put into the wrong envelopes and they are as confused as you are and probably awaiting the other dude to say something or they get hold of him so both can be cancelled before re-issuing.

    I can understand the frustration you’ve had – I got the runaround once from a offshore sports book and it sucks with no ability to call anyone.

    Sounds like an honest mistake, that is taking a few days to sort out.

    I think you’ll get your check, it sounds like DK is trying to make it right, and I doubt anyone is out to screw you.

    Sometimes you have to take things to a public forum. I wouldn’t be happy if its been 16 days since I requested my withdrawal and didn’t get it. Not only did I not get but can’t get a straight answer. There is no reason a check couldn’t be written and over sent for over night delivery. I completely agree that it is probably a simple mistake and nothing was done on purpose. But at the same time I totally agree with taking things public, sometimes its the only way to get action done.
