    This blows. I had Ennis and Jabari in my lineup and tried to get them out for over 20 minutes once the Middleton news dropped. I emailed DK and they essentially said “you are good to go, the site is working now.” Unfortunately, I didn’t need the site to work now, I needed it to work before the Bucks tipped off….

    They posted a link for you to get a refund but made the time limit very short, only till 6pm est in order to prevent as many refunds as possible no doubt. So its over now.

    Yeah. I emailed them right after those players I was trying to swap locked and it wouldn’t let me do it. By the time they responded a 3rd time and sent me the link to refund I had 4 minutes until the cut off. Luckily I just happened to go into my email to send a personal email and saw it.

    I don’t know what the answer is going forward for when this happens, but they need to take a stance and email all of their customers the rules going forward. Had I not seen the email and missed out on the refund, I would have been upset considering I emailed them directly after it wouldn’t met me swap at lock.

    DK is a fucking joke if they’re so cheap they purposely try to avoid giving refunds when they are at fault. This is incredibly bush league if so. I was given the link and it wouldn’t open. Having a life shouldn’t be a liability when refunds are issused.

    Really weak customer service by DK, they sent me this after I wrote them about the site being unusable. “If this email does not address your particular inquiry, we will respond once the technical difficulties have been resolved. If you do not receive a follow-up from a DraftKings representative within 24 hours, please contact us at your earliest convenience.” So they tell you to wait 24 hours for customer service then they give you a 6 PM cut off for a refund. Makes zero sense.

    Is anyone else still having problems with the my contest page? All day I haven’t been able to see my live lineup’s or my future lineup’s or my past history lineup’s.

    Well I don’t know if they did it purposely or not but it seems very messed up that you only had like a 20-30 minute window to request a refund starting the second the site was fixed. It is just wrong.

    Regulation is only going to make the rake go much higher. You think if the Scottrade app goes down and you cant get sell your 500 shares of Apple before the market closes and they drop 45%, Scottrade is gonna reimburse you? We all know the game going in and we take a chance we may not be able to edit our lineups. It sucks but there is always risk involved.

    Without a doubt this. This is what bugs me. It’s like “Hey, we messed up and we’ll fix it buuuuuuuut only within the 2 hours we say where we made no serious attempt to inform anyone who may have been affected and if you received the link within 15 minutes of the deadline and read it after, well, oh well!”

    The thing that stunk for me is that I had to cancel all my entries…I was able to edit about half of my 50 lineups before the technical difficulties occurred and not the other half…. I would have finished top 10 if I was able to only cancel the lineups that i could not edit and keep the line ups that I had edited, but half my bankroll was at risk and at least half my lineups were trash due to late news so I canceled at 6:01, which was actually after the deadline to cancel.
