Yes, it’s frustrating hearing about all of the potential states not allowing DFS, but what are sites doing to try and fix this?

The last time I checked, scripting was still a huge issue, multi-entry limits are still a concern, and on most sites global volume limits are a joke.

I sit here everyday waiting to see if Missouri is going to be added to the list, while the sites I play on are seemingly taking zero actions to improve their image in the public eye, or improve their argument that DFS is a skill game played on a level playing field.

I’m sure DFS sites do care. However, you would think that if sites were ever going to make changes to some of these concerns, now would be the time. Instead, they seem to be doing nothing, just like the past 3+ years that got us here.

Does one really have to ask DO THEY CARE?

If so they wouldn’t be staring at this — IMO —- http://www.legalsportsreport.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/Florida-Class-action.pdf

I read line by line thru about 2/3 of the pages. Interesting that they named names ie MaxD and others as Apex Predators.A lot of serious allegations. But a few that are pure nonsense.( DFS used ‘seductive ads”
ie girl in a bikini(( what does Victoria Secret do))

A lot of legalese in the reading.

    Time will tell.

They don’t seem to care about NV residents as long as the majority of states continue to have players they don’t appear to be going to bat for any of those states that have been screwed. Im not saying I blame them and maybe they are behind the scenes just have not seen anything. But honestly the Draftkings ceo does not come across as the sharpest knife in the drawer and really he would get eaten alive by the Nevada gaming board so its better if they don’t go to bat. Fanduel may have a shot as they seem much more organized but they don’t seem they want to take that on at this point. Tough spot and it hurts us players here the most.

This mismanagement by this sites will be the downfall of DFS. They could have responded to the concerns, but didn’t, and made themselves look shady in the process. From “massive” multi-entry (different than mild multi entry) to scripting to the catering to high volume players to short sighted policies on employees, they’re ruined themselves just as they were going to boom.

You do realize that vote is so insignificant it is laughable right? It’s less than a 1/2 percent in any national election and quite likely about the same in local and state elections.
