    The level of dysfunction and unresponsiveness from FanDuel has reached new lows. Nearly every FD Sportsbook promo that I take advantage of is broken (doesn’t pay out) and their support team is a black hole. My latest inquiry has been collecting dust for a week without any response.

    Is anyone else as fed up as I am?

    Yes. I stopped contacting them about it. They offer a promo on the sportsbook and never live up to what they say. I moved some of my bets over to DK because they honor their promos immediately. I won’t fall for it again on FD.

    Glad to hear I’m not crazy! That’s basically what I have been doing as well… DK Sportsbook is so much better (both in terms of support and promos).

    There is no comparison. FD customer service has become very poor, especially their promos. They pay out late and half the time you have to follow up yourself to make sure it happens. The promos themselves are nothing compared to DK as it is but poor customer service adds to the displeasure. The canned COVID excuse doesn’t hold water with me. I just think they have cut costs while their chief competitor is kicking their butt.

    I withdrew from FD, but DK really does NEED competition, or else they will take advantage of their customer base.

    FD Sportsbook is illegal in my state, but they gave me a $20 promo anyway. I emailed on September 8 when the promo dropped in my account and asked if they could convert it to DFS instead of Sportsbook. They emailed me this past Friday, 9/25, to tell me sorry for the delay and they had added it to my DFS account. So, 2.5 week response time?

    I think they fired everyone on the support team except one or two guys so they could afford those TV commercials

    Took 2 weeks for me to get a response in email. The email said I didnt do the terms of the promo. I contacted live chat a week before I got the email and the rep said I did and put the money in my account.

    It seems some people are slow to realize fanduel is a dead company. Dead. Their dfs offerings are a joke. If i was a betting man, id bet they will not be a player in the industry by 2022. Mark this post.

    @thedude404 Sadly, I think you are correct. I used to feel that FanDuel’s DFS offering was far superior to DK but they dropped the ball this past year and have taken a distant back seat. And when comparing Sportsbooks the gap is even wider

    I’ve been waiting a few days for a reply from their CS. After seeing this I guess I should just assume I won’t get one.

    Mentioned my issue in the NFL thread. They are running that Washington Pick’em contest, one of the questions was which team would have the longest punt. They settled with the Ravens being longest punt and there being 2 players splitting $1k, but every single stat provider I’ve found had each team with a 51 yard punt. I think lots of people picked Washington, so a tie would pay out much less…but it’s just the principal. At the very least I’d like an explanation…some accountability.

    Wow they actually added it to your DFS account?? I have $80 sitting in the Sportsbook I can’t use because I’m in NC

    They emailed me over the summer that I would get a refund for entries that busted when games got canceled after lock cuz of BLM protests. I got nothing and complained after a month. They wrote me back basically saying I should just eat the loss. Screw them.

    Since I was complaining, it is fair to say I is finally get a response regarding my issue…

    Only issue is they told me I was in fact correct and it was fixed. But it wasn’t…
    It still says I got 5/6 and two users got to split $1k by getting 6/6.
    They said they’d get back to me…again, I won’t be holding my breathe considering all the issues they had yesterday, and I doubt I’ll be any priority.

    Fan duel has gotten horrible at customer service. I use to prefer fan duel over draft kings and was 85-15 fd to dk in terms of dfs play. The customer service is horrible. I never signed up for a sportsbook account and they magically created one for me and then didnt keep the accounts segregated. Well this is a accounting nightmare. Dfs is considered a game of skill while sport bt is not. I told them to segregate the sports book account from the dfs account and they had 0 response. Worse part is because i never signed up the created the account and it wiped all my old dfs history. I tried to get a hold of customer servoce but 0 response. I fired then as a consumer. Now play 85% at draftkings and 15% at some smaller sites
