Their greed to ensure maximum rake is causing them to continually undersize their NBA GPPs and screw over loyal customers who do hours of research and projections only for everything to fill 30 or 40 minutes before lock.

Impossible when you do 100 entries and we can no longer use the RG bulk edit tool and there’s injury news still yet to be announced. But when I do less than 10 entries I do reserve entries.

Is it really greed to ensure they don’t lose money on a contest?

Reserve entries. Don’t play what you can’t handle.

If there’s a track record of the standard sharpshooters and crossovers filling literally every single night and they wont boost the prize pool because they want to ensure 100% of the built in rake, even if that means they piss off their customers, then yes that is greed.

I am pretty quick to jump on sites when they screw up, but most are not put making a profit yet, so I don’t have a big issue with this. I do agree if they consistently fill, they should slowly raise the pools each week. Slowly.

Lets forget for one quick second that this thread is asinine. That being said make one dummy lineup. Enter 100 contests. Do research. Change LUs. This is 100% shitposting at its finest. Overtly dramatic shitposting at that.

I still like u just stop with the hyperbole and clickbait antics

If you guys don’t mass multi enter you wouldn’t understand. How am I supposed to edit 100 different lineups in 10 minutes in the event there is injury news right before lock? The point of this thread is that for people like me who like to enter 100+ different lineups it is now impossible. I’m not going to throw in thousands of dollars worth of lineups an hour before lock just to reserve my entries and have no way of bulk editing them if there’s injury news 10 minutes before lock. The easy solution is for Draft Kings to pay attention to the fact that the standard sized sharpshooters and crossovers literally always fill and expand the size of these contests, this way I will have time to run my final projections through Fantasy Cruncher and upload my lineups right before the lock. The simplest solution is actually for Draft Kings to implement a bulk edit lineups option like the Rotogrinders tool had, this way I can reserve my entries with dummy lineups and override them like I used to do. Or Draft Kings could invent expanding prize pool contests where the is a minimum guarantee but no maximum entrants limits and the total prize pool and pay out structure will expand up until lock.

I read this as I have a lot of money and they won’t make it easy for me to get more money.

It’s not greed for a company to attempt to make a PROFIT.

It IS greed for a company that is actually making a lot of profit trying to make even more at the expense of a quality product.

Fan Duel is the worst when it comes to GPP sizing. Total cowards. Actually made a thread about them a few months ago. Draft Kings is becoming like them though which is sad. DK used to really push the envelope and not care about overlay.

Overlay does not equal losses. DK takes 15% rake on GPPs. Tonight’s Crossover could have had only 6500 of 7500 entrants and they wouldn’t have lost money.

Have you emailed DK Support? This is the reply I got:
Unfortunately we do not partner with Rotogrinders for matters related to the lineup uploading tool. However we have already passed your feedback onto our technical teams for further review.
