    Admin Note DK response here

http://prntscr.com/83zziz i find this pretty disturbing since its laid out in the UIGEA rules no changing of prizepools after they have been posted to the lobby. the screen shot above was taken august 12 the day i join the contest.

when i checked the scoreboard today i noticed the prize was completely different than what i signed up for aug. 12 http://prntscr.com/84t1lv this concerns me for one main reason it is completely against the UIGEA rules to remove money from a Guaranteed prize pool after its been posted and im pretty sure none of the things that got removed where free) and would like to be re-assured the winner will be made hole by draftkings to included the original prize that at least 753 of us signed up for.

(please note i am not crazy or a photoshop wizard of any sorts, its a unaltered screenshot of the 3$ contest exact same amount of entrys, completely different prize. to top it off i specifically emailed support to be sure the round on course tuesday was included and was assured it was, pretty shocking to see a totally different prize.)

(Edit) things that where changed – A round on the course tuesday in championship conditions (the reason i signed up) the sky chalet to watch the final round, and one less day at the hotel.

im glad dk clarified this. i was very worried. i will be consulting my family, my lawyer and my pastor to figure out if my continued participation on dk is ethical and defensible. i want to thank the brave souls who worked hard to uncover the mystery of the optional hospitality tent on the 17th hole.

its nice to know not everyone is playing dfs for fun. i can relax and enjoy things, knowing that the lobby GPP posting statutes of the UIGEA are being observed.

Thanks for your contribution. Many like you post jokes about it until it hits your bottom line, then we all must grab an ark for the forthcoming flood of your tears.

I’m glad DK made it right but aren’t we overlooking the big issue here which is that DK did this without telling anyone or notifying anyone in the tournament? What happens if OP hadn’t posted screenshots or noticed?

Meaning whats going to stop this from happening again tomorrow?

There’s nothing anyone can do to prevent mistakes from happening on occasion, but your point is that DK should’ve notified users who entered the tournament when the incorrect blurb was posted? That would make sense for sure.

Banks prevent mistakes from happening “on occasion,” particularly on the human side.

Banks make mistakes due to human error all the time.

At a certain point banks, and other companies, should reshuffle their stuff if an inordinate/unreasonable number of mistakes keep happening.

Banks minimize human mistakes as much as possible. There are verifications for certain human transactions. But whatever excuses you want to use….

https://www.draftkings.com/contest/gamecenter/8088685?uc=112865867 far from over but would I get to take out a cart or a caddie?, and how good are club rentals? you live in boston must have played TPC boston at least once. thanks for the clarification.

you should be more worried about the fact that you didn’t enter the milly maker with that lineup — as you’d be sitting in T4 place hahah

im aware where i would be and shocking to some i have a better roi and same (more with value with the trip included) of the amount won i would with that roster in the milly maker, if the tournament ended as is with the other contest i am in. so tomorrow unless that lineup finishes first i would have won ~350k (because 2 people have the exact same team, less if more ties where involved) or 2nd ~60k, im not worried.
