    I emailed them before 1 pm saying I couldnt edit some of my teams at all since site was down but I didnt specify that I wanted them cancelled. I couldnt email literally after that until 430 because i was driving home from upstate. Now im not sure if my earlier email is good enough for a refund in those contests I failed to edit.

    I still can’t get on using my phone. Works from laptop. I’m done with DK. Wish FD would offer soccer though.

    Im sorry, but anyone who spends a nickel more there is a sucker. They’ve now screwed over the public two weeks in a row.

    Classic case of infrastructure not being sound. Maybe if they put their resources towards making sure their website could handle the business they attract with commercials this would not happen. Instead the company is so consumed with keeping up with FD that they have neglected their product and in turn screwed the players who put time and effort into research. Two times is a trend.

    Unless you’re the most casual of player, most people who play DFS football on Sundays are spending time and effort into research to put together their lineups. And that doesnt even take into account the fact that we’re talking about someone’s money.

    Its all about trust for me. I dont trust DraftKings anymore. And they’re gonna have to do a whole hell of a lot to even entertain regaining my trust again.

    So how do you know if Draftkings has accepted ur request to remove a LU ? I emailed before 3pm got an auto confirmation of receipt. Nothing since.

    So you emailed and asked for a cancellation or you just emailed and expressed concern? You could have a tricky situation. Regardless RG forum isn’t going to get it straightened out. Go to DK, ask them, and then be patient while they work through all of the emails.

    The situation is a mess but they will get you taken care of.

    That’s exactly my situation. I emailed them for a time stamp saying I had 2 contests I couldnt edit as the site was down. I then traveled for approximately 3 hours home. Literally had no chance of emailing them in that timeframe. I figured it was pretty obvious that I complained I couldn’t change my lineups that I would want them to do soemthing about it.

    I had problems today shot them a email. Came back at 430pm from family function. I keep receiving a mass email respone you can cancel until 3pm EST. Tough luck if you have a life. I had no issue last week. Didn’t make last swaps. So they figure last week will take care of you this week your screwed. I don’t play fantasy sports so I have to sit by a computer all day waiting for a draftkings reply. I wish never would have bought Draftstreet. Typical corporate bullshit. Gobble up the competition and put out a horrible product.

    What is really worse than anything is they have done nothing to make up for the horrible experience of last weeks outage which lasted all day and had incorrect scoring. Today’s i can live with. Last weeks I cannot. Two weeks in a row makes me consider FD permanently .
    Thoughts ?

    Martin, no one here has any doubt that if you emailed stating you had trouble that you will be taken care of. But it won’t come from posting here. Go talk to them and be patient while you wait for their response.

    Nope. This stinks. I didn’t get caught up in it last week, I did this week. I will be playing NBA on here every day next week and NFL next weekend. It stinks but personally I win money playing on DK so I am gonna keep on playing there.

    our time means nothing to them, their only concern is how much money they can rake from us. fanduel is no different, see week two. it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth that i sat there refreshing, refreshing, refreshing for like 2 or 3 hours total last Sunday and got refunded $4 after being told I would be refunded more than $50.

    I am waiting just frustrated I loved draftstreet best overall Fantasy experience was on Draftstreet

I believed I could enter 4pm contests, and my line up turned out to be okay, so I would like to let it ride (as they say in Vegas). I have already reached out to support, but have not heard back.

    I want a refund! Wait…I’m winning. That’s cute. You should definitely write back a few more times depending on the outcome of your lineup.
