    Saw around 730 Sportsbook had Rockets Pelicans off the board. Saw Ingram was out. Played 10 DK $4 lineups GPP. Tried late swapping from live feed from the lineups page from the app. No luck all 3 showed 4-0 to Rockets leading even though the game didn’t start until 8pm. I tried chat no one was there closes at 6pm . Sent a support ticket. At 759pm on the lineup page it let me swap. I swapped as fast as i could no chance of doing it well. But from 730pm untill 759pm couldn’t late swap. That can’t happen!!! DK username jrslick9207088

    Also experienced that. I couldn’t swap also until something like 5 minutes before 800 pm
    Luckily only had one line up. It kept saying an error.

    I gave up after trying repeatedly on both my pc and my phone because I had 20 NFL Showdown entries to make.

    Emailed DK about it and got a response at 8:17 saying “the issue has been resolved and users should now be able to edit their lineups.”

    That’s a crock of BS. They need to refund people who weren’t able to swap. The technical issue was on their end.

    yeah it was a serious issue and I also e-mailed and I was told since it was resolved just before lock, it was too bad

    They gave the same response to everyone. That the fix occured before lock. But that is false, since people still had issues. The ole classic “ Not my problem” courtesy of DK

    I can confirm the issue did get resolved about 9 minutes before lock. I was able to swap out Ingram as were several others in Discord. DK also sent out a tweet about 5 mins before the game started to mention the issue was resolved. I realize it’s not a lot of time but it’s incorrect saying the issue wasn’t fixed before the game locked.

    How many minutes before lock was their threshold before they accept some culpability with this?

    mine wouldn’t update until 5 min before hou/no game locked. plus i had another sport that locked at 8pm eastern that i couldnt focus on correctly trying to resolve the ingram issue so sucks all around.

    Maybe they will set up a $500 freeroll for everyone with 57,000 entries to make up for all the troubles.

    We are aware of the issue that occurred prior to lock for last night’s contest, and we also understand that making last minute lineup adjustments is imperative to the experience as a player.

    As always, DraftKings is committed to doing right by our affected users. If you emailed our support team at support@draftkings.com verifying that you were unable to make edits to your NBA lineups between 7:42 pm est and 7:52 pm est for the affected slates (7 pm est Tiers, 7 pm est Classic, and 8 pm est Showdown) which included the Pelicans vs. Rockets game, then we credited you the difference between your entry fees and your winnings. For example, if you had $10 worth of affected contests and win $5 total, your credit will be $5.

    On the bright side, the DraftKings late swap policy proved once again last night that it is a valued feature by DFS players who are active in NBA contests.

    That’s awesome, I think a lot of folks were upset that initial response had a tone of “It’s fixed now, no problem.”. Thanks for recognizing some were able to get Ingram out of their lineups, but not make other adjustments (add Jrue, etc.).

    Will the credit be added automatically or do we need to contact support?

    Our resolution was for all users who attempted to make edits but could not do so, they were credited if they contacted customer support at support@draftkings.com with an explanation of their experience. If edits were made and saved, it falls outside the scope of the intent of the resolution we are providing.

    Ultimately, we always do the right thing.

    Actually it seems like in your situation they won’t give you the credit even though that was really the issue for most of us small time players.

    The max enter guys can just swap 150 at once with an upload but for many small time players have to edit manually and we couldn’t do so in that time and even if we managed to get Ingram out we didn’t have enough time to think of other guys like Holiday and Favors to bring in, which is what you point out in your post.

    It didn’t affect any max entry guys because as long as they can upload the file it’s good.

    Again catering to max enter guys and not to small time people. Seems like you woulda been better off just leaving Ingram in and saying you couldn’t edit…allowing late swap but freezing the manual API but still allowing a window for file uploads does nothing but help max enter players

    If they read my post above they would understand why it’s extremely unfair to people who have to manually edit. Anyone who can upload a file as long as they have a time window to do so can just upload and change all 150.

    If you manually edit, losing 10 minutes is a lot because as people pointed out above, it’s one thing to swap out Ingram, it takes more time to think about how to swap in others like Holiday, Hart, and Favors as entire teams would change.

    Many like you probably didn’t email because you thought since it was still resolved at 752 there was no point but if you really think about it, it’s a big deal that especially hurts non pros.
