Hey Guys does anyone use the DRAFTKINGS MLB PLAYER STATS tab under the RG MLB tools section?

I was looking at the stats vs actual draftkings scoring and noticed some discrepancies, for example, Justin Verlander scored 28.8 DK points but the RG tool has it at 34.29, Chris Sale had 30.75 and the RG tool shows 39.99. This continues for a bunch of other players and I was was wondering if anyone knows how RG is calculating the points?

    Thanks for the note @LasagnaMan13.

I believe this was caused by the ambiguous way that partial innings pitched are recorded by different datasources (and by the MLB themselves). For some reason, someone at some point thought it was a good idea to record 1/3rd innings pitched and 2/3rd innings pitched as .1 and .2 instead of as .333 and .666 and it became the de facto standard despite the fact that it makes no mathematical sense.

At any rate, I’ve put something in place to account for this. Please let me know if you still notice a discrepancy on some pitchers.

Hey Riley thanks for the reply.

I looked again and everything looks good based on last nights results.
